Excellent staff at reception and concierge, especially Qiu Xiao Han at concierge helped us to send parcel, and gave full details of the shops that my husband inquired of. Good location and convenient for some simple food and amenities. Near Wulin night market and plenty of snacks and fruits shops around. Highly recommended for leisure as well as business travellers.

The rooms were clean and incredibly cozy, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was a delightful culinary experience with a wide array of options to choose from. The quality and variety of food exceeded my expectations, and the staff's attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable hotel experience.

Beds are really comfortable, great location, near subway and west lake. Staff are helpful and speak English. Rooms are really clean, so are bathrooms and really nice social areas. However, the toilet cubicles themselves always smelt like cigarette smoke... and the hostel itself is not very social... hard to make friends or maybe that's just China's youth hostel culture, everyone just keeps to themselves and the social events.... well they are not social at all...

The room facilities are very satisfactory, the bed is comfortable and spacious, and the air conditioning and hot water supply are very stable. The hostel has all the facilities and the rooms are very clean and tidy, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The location is very good. It is in the city center and has a subway station nearby. It is very convenient to travel. The service at the front desk is very good and responsive to all requests. Thumbs up.

I booked the Sunshine Tatami Room for 2 nights with my partner, and it was a pleasant stay throughout the days. We were being offered complimentary breakfast Chinese-western fusion style at the 11th floor for 2 nights, free coffee vouchers at Peets’ Coffee at the lobby and the hotel offered free laundry service on the 10th floor. The tatami room was big enough for us to lay our 28” luggages flat on the floor, and have a L shape sofa with a super big screen TV. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

The room facilities are very new. The environment outside the window is not good, and the sound of the air conditioner opposite is a bit noisy, which may not be tolerated by those with poor sleep. The soundproofing on the upper and lower floors next door is pretty good. The room smells like a newly renovated house. The rooms booked by Ctrip are not allocated well, and the rooms are crooked. The more times they are booked, the more times they are booked, the impression of the hotel and Ctrip will be bad.

This youth hostel has a very good price-performance ratio. It can be rented for more than 50 yuan. The guests who come here are very friendly. Most of them are young people and are easy to talk to. The pig intestine is really good, and the overall environment is clean and hygienic. The two cleaners clean very attentively. I give them a big thumbs up. There is a special laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and dryers. It is very convenient. If you have no objection, you can come to pick me up. A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍
