Originally, I was looking for accommodation with friends temporarily. I didn’t expect it to be a surprise. The room was very clean, the space was large, the hotel facilities were very complete, giving people a 5-star hotel experience, very good, the public area outside the house is also very large, the surrounding environment is also very beautiful, but unfortunately this time is a bit rushed, I didn't have time to play slowly, I will come back next time with enough time.

This is my third night in this hotel, yes, I decide to extend stay in this hotel. Breakfast is good as before. Room is clean and the check all amenities. Across the hotel there’s Mall but rather empty of visitor. 1 station with MRT there’s a bigger and nice mall lots of restaurant and snack. Surrely will stay in this hotel if I visit my son again.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location, it's very close to a big mall and on the forth floor was a good place to play pool. The public area was very relaxing the swimming pool isn't that deep but still a good place to relax and sunbathe. The room was very nice and clean, the record player is a nice touch. The service was a little slow but overall it was a great experience.

I had to catch a train in the morning, so I booked this hotel nearby. The waiters were very enthusiastic, the design was very modern, and the style was what I liked. The room facilities were complete, convenient and cost-effective. It took less than 10 minutes to get to the West Railway Station by taxi. It was a perfect choice.

I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was large and well-designed, with a clean, modern feel and a soft bed. The hotel was stylish throughout and felt very new. The service was excellent; staff were polite and attentive during our brief interactions. The breakfast was good quality as well, offering the typical international and Chinese options, but at a slightly higher standard than the other Hangzhou hotels I've stayed in previously. Location-wise, you need to consider what you want. My grasp of the local geography isn't great, but I got the feeling it was a little far away from some of the more popular spots in Hangzhou, although that wasn't an issue for me and I was easily able to get a Didi to and from the hotel. The hotel is also nestled in a fantastic little area, surrounded by numerous restaurants of all different types, so finding a good dinner was very easy. Unfortunately, I was lazy and didn't check out the gym, so I cant comment on that! I don't normally write reviews, but I enjoyed my stay and thought they deserved a positive reviews as a result.

Very comfortable hotel and best value for money hotel in Hangzhou, very good service and the room is very nice, clean and feels like home.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and has a large space. It is very close to the West Station and the nearby Wei Ke business is all here. Special thanks to the beautiful lady with employee number 008 for patiently helping me solve the problem. Good review.

Very cozy apartment, some wallpaper/skirting/shower seals could do with a refurb, but the amenities etc provided in the serviced apartment was fantastic. Daily cleaning too. Not much English available. Location in new business district with heavy traffic so transport to and fro the city centre can be time consuming. Connected to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and small stores, multiple gyms nearby too. Very pleased
