Breakfast is good, location is good, service is good.

My husband and I stayed at the Fairfield on our way home from Florida. The hotel is being renovated now. The lobby and room that's used for the complementary breakfast are very nice and modern. The breakfast itself was very good - lots of choices and everything was fresh. The room we had was small but very comfortable. The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated and was very nice. The furniture in the room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The bed was VERY comfortable. We would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

This place is so convenient. Easy valet parking. We self parked in the garage - plenty of spots - but then we saw how quick and easy the valet is so next time we will valet! Location is in a fun area with lots of shops. Easy to get to all the Cincy highlights. It seems like it might be noisy but our room was very quiet at night. They have a small but clean pool, a small but easy and friendly coffee shop, and the front staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small, but bed was comfy. One note: we only had one USB port in the whole room 😄. Lesson learned: always bring plug-ins for your devices. There were plenty of outlets. The hydrangeas in front of the hotel were so stunning!

Our bus trip was made even more enjoyable by Faith and her crew. We started with a tragic accident but everyone in the bus was spared injury. The night we arrived late because of the accident, Faith was there and stayed all night in case someone needed something. Breakfast every day was different and had lots of choices beside the usual cereal and packaged breakfast foods. We even had quiche and fritatas! Rooms were clean and modern. The best part was the beds were comfortable and the hotel is off the road enough that it was quiet all night long. The best part was the hospitality we were shown and the caring staff were always pleasant.

Quiet, clean and generous

We are starting our 3rd week of staying here. We are here for medical treatment and wanted a place that felt like home. There is plenty of space. The almost full sized kitchen is so handy. Having a dishwasher is great! There are plenty of places to store your things including a nice closet. We love the bedroom and you can shut the door. The bed is very comfy! There is a separate area with a sofa bed, table, etc. 2 very nice TV's. The people who work here have been so nice. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a grab and go bag due to covid. They have good hot coffee though. There is a place to do laundry, a gym, a basketball court and a pool. The pool isn't open yet but it looks like a nice area. Sonesta is located in a bit of an industrial area but it is very close to stores and restaurants. We love it here!
