The location is good for those who stay only a few nights. There is no air conditioning, and during summer it can be hot, so we had to open the window, which I don't mind. However, it was very loud at night. Because the hostel is huge and has a lot of rooms, the whole night was filled with the sounds of people knocking next doors, traffic, and general noise.

The prizeotel was very clean and suited perfectly my needs for a short stay. The staff was very welcoming and everything was so clean inside the room ! I recommmend 100%

2 elevators work well. Sorry for my mistake in previous review I thought 1 didn’t work. I pressed the wrong button. 1 brings you down the breakfast area and the working space which look very bright, colorful and energetic. 1 brings you down near the Reception area. They sell coffee in the Lobby too. The housekeeping staff never cared if I put up the Do Not Disturb sign. He just opened the room without knocking. Another male staff the next day also knocked my door when I put up that sign again. They want to empty the trash daily. I used my nail and could take out the black mold in the shower room wall. They should brush the walls and brush the area around the drainage in basin. You can use the microwave, electric kettle and pan to cook your foods in the Guest Kitchen. Saw the laundry room but don’t know if that is free. Can walk for 2 km to visit the famous Elbphilharmonie. Get a free ticket at the entrance, go up the long escalator and view the city.

The rooms are well-equipped, the location is good, in the central area, and the surrounding attractions are within walking distance. The sanitary conditions are good and the toiletries are complete. The moisturizer is quite moist, suitable for local weather.

my rating of three out of five points is not ”average” but ”contradictory”. four to six people in around 20m² is a challenge. the beds are stable (no squeaking, no swaying), the mattresses are firm, comfortable and clean, as are the bed linen and the towel... unfortunately not for me: in the front area of ​​the room there are two single beds, almost cozy. but then the praise ends. the sink in the room is not to be used, the drain water remains for minutes, and when it has drained away it smells rotten. the bathroom, actually well equipped, has a mold problem in the shower cubicle and needs to be renovated, paint is peeling off over large areas. the room has a smell mixture of foot odor, armpit sweat, garlic and deodorant spray... the window behind one of the beds can only be tilted if the person in the bed wants it to, but they usually don't. But the lights were not allowed to be turned off at night. ”Hell, that's the others”, snoring, night-time ”lectures”, obsessive packing, unpacking and repacking, rumbling, infernal crunching, smacking, slurping, grunting and moaning until the early morning. Cell phones apparently only work at maximum volume... an atmosphere that makes requests for quiet seem pointless and risky. The communal areas (partially broken billiards and table football, snack and coffee machines, power sockets and USB charging ports) are uncomfortable, i.e. mostly deserted. I know hostels in Austria and Spain, this one was not ”average” but uncool.

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel near Hamburg Airport. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the staff was very friendly. The transportation was very convenient, very close to the airport, and very fast and convenient. The breakfast was rich in variety and very delicious, highly recommended!

A really average hotel, nothing much to say. The wall is a bit thin i can even hear the snores from the next room, but it’s actually ok. Not so near to the metro, but jus a 10 min walk with luggage. The bed was fine. Staff is with ok attitude.

The simpler hotel is mainly cheaper. The interior facilities are smaller and the facilities are simpler. If the toilet is too big, it is not easy to close the door. It is more convenient to travel close to the train station.

We were very happy with the hotel, the rooms were clean, small, but everything you need was there. Service is good, the location is good too. Breakfast was very varied, we didn't miss anything, there was something for everyone. The hotel is highly recommended.

The check-in service went smoothly and we got our room quickly. The staff is courteous and friendly. The room was also clean. And also offers enough storage space for clothes. The bathroom is small, but it is sufficient for showering and brushing teeth. We would have booked breakfast if we didn't have to leave so early. This hotel is recommended for a weekend trip.
