Beautiful environment and convenient transportation，good

Nice hotel, attractive, modern, friendly staff. It would be nice to have more choice of TV channels.

Always nice! Quick stop on our way to the alps. Superfriendly staff in the reception, nice familyroom. Good parking possibilities even with a big car with a roofbox model xl The only thing missing on the breakfust was bacon, otherwise nice(as always) Good coronarestrictions-felt very safe. A basic Ibis style hotel. Its clean. Friendly front desk staff. Good wifi. English news channels on the telly. Breakfast is 12 € (from 06:30). Very easy to get to the city center of Hamburg on the U3 local train Line. Small local restaurants and large shopping mall in the local area . Aldi and Rewe supermarkets next door.

Very friendly reception, despite my mistake when booking (only one person registered but two people arrived), the booking was changed without any problems. Small criticism of the bathroom. The passage between the washbasin and the shower is very narrow. Perhaps choose a smaller or round washbasin. A hook for the towel after washing your hands would be desirable.

We often go to Hamburg and usually book through Hamburg Tourism. We booked this hotel that way too. You can park your car in the car park before 3pm without any problem. There is also a luggage room if you arrive by train etc. before 3pm. You are given a warm welcome at all times. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have plenty of storage space. The windows can be opened. Alternatively, to open the windows, there is air conditioning that can be adjusted to the temperature or switched on and off. This is perhaps also important for allergy sufferers. There are no carpets in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the 2x2m duvet takes some getting used to. A second blanket was available free of charge on request. We found the breakfast to be very good and with a wide selection. There is free coffee and lemonade in the lobby until 10pm. The hotel bar is also highly recommended for a nightcap. No more expensive than an outside bar. There is a small but nice terrace with seating in front of the hotel. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nobody seems annoyed or stressed. The subway is 500m away and connects all the "tourist stations" worth seeing every 4 minutes without having to change. We have decided to only book this hotel for our Hamburg addiction. P.S. We felt better looked after and more comfortable in this 2 star hotel than we did 5 months ago in the 4 star bunker.

Unfortunately, I have no experience with the hotel itself, only with the bookings/booking hotline, which were unfortunately worse than ever (and I am or was a frequent guest in Accor hotels). What happened: I made a booking and actually "clicked the wrong button" in the scroll-down menu. But I noticed it very quickly and called the hotel in Hamburg just 10 minutes later. I had a very friendly contact there, but unfortunately he couldn't help me directly on a Sunday evening. His recommendation was that I should make a new booking with the correct details and call on Monday during normal office hours so that the cancellation could be made. You guessed it: I made the new booking and paid. However, the incorrect booking was never refunded, citing the small print, despite verbal promises to the contrary and multiple attempts both directly with the hotel and centrally with Accor.

Great hotel, well located near the subway, where we can quickly reach all the sights. Right next to Aldi and Rewe. Parking available. Also handy is a snack bar nearby as well as a large shopping center. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very basic, but completely sufficient and was good.

Hotel obviously renovated recently or simply recent. The room was spacious and the bedding was good. The hotel is well maintained. Very decent breakfast. Positive point: the location. Close to a U station (Hamburger Strasse) which easily takes us in 15/20 minutes to the heart of the city. We found a space on the street for our car. Nothing to complain about

Einfaches Hotel bei dem noch nicht alle Zimmer vollständig renoviert sind. In unserem Zimmer hing im Eingangsbereich nur eine Glühbirne von der Decke und die Klimaanlage war auch nicht verkleidet. Am ersten Tag war das Frühstück sehr übersichtlich. Eine Besserung war am Samstag zu sehen. Die Mitarbeiter gaben sich alle sehr viel Mühe, waren kompetent und sehr nett. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U Bahn waren klasse.

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel wirkten frisch renoviert. Alles sauber und nett eingerichtet. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und vielseitig, aufmerksamer Service. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, es sind nur knapp 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn. Direkt nebenan ist ein Rewe-Markt.
