The parking lot is large and easy to park in.
It takes about 20-30 minutes by car from Hamamatsu Station, so it's a bit far to get there by public transport (though there seems to be a shuttle bus from the nearest station).
The Japanese-style room hasn't been renovated, so it's a bit old, but it didn't bother me that much. The bathroom and toilet are a bit old, but I didn't use the bathroom because I used the large public bath, so it didn't bother me.
The futon was self-service, but I thought it would be nice if they would do it for you. I think it would be especially difficult for families to do it.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and was delicious. The venue was crowded, but we were able to get a seat because it was a ticket system. The other venue we used was empty, which was nice if it wasn't a hassle to carry the food to the venue.

The view from the room was the best with ocean view. Especially the sunset is beautiful.
It is well cleaned and you can spend your time comfortably. The hot springs were comfortable and I felt like a resort. It is also recommended to take a morning bath and take a walk on the beach in front of the hotel.

Located on the shores of Lake Hamana, this resort hotel overlooks Lake Hamana from its lobby, public baths, and guest rooms, and offers a spectacular view of the lake, especially when the sun sets over the opposite shore. All rooms have a view of Lake Hamana, one of the best lakes in Japan. You can enjoy a BBQ grill set for dinner and a buffet breakfast, where you can taste fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables. (For those who cannot eat seafood, it is possible to change to pork shabu-shabu style, but you must inform us of the change at the time of reservation.) After dinner, relax in the natural hot spring bath on the top floor and enjoy the most spectacular view of Lake Hamana in the open-air bath while relaxing and healing your body and mind. We look forward to welcoming you.

Not on weekends, the hot spring street is very deserted, the room facilities are old, but the scenery is very good, the Japanese tatami is required, but the two single beds are put together, it is very inconvenient, but the open-air hot spring on the top is still great.

Outstanding
Ttraveler KHClose to the train station, although it has a bit of history. But the room is large, comfortable and hygienic. It is well-equipped, and the most outstanding thing is the large window in the room. The scenery is comparable to the sightseeing bay in a big city. You can see the entire Hamamatsu City in the distance. From sunrise to sunset, it is very gorgeous.
りりこぴThere was a convenience store on the first floor and many shops nearby, so I thought the hotel was in a good location.
The amenities were plentiful, including toothbrushes, lotion, and milky lotion.
Breakfast was a buffet with a focus on Japanese food.
AAnonymous UserIt is close to the south exit of Hamamatsu Station and has excellent access.
Check-in is done using an automated machine, which was a little tedious to enter information into, but I managed it without any problems.
The room is of standard business hotel specifications.
The breakfast menu had many elaborate and creative dishes, and I thought that the standard fare would have been fine, but the food was delicious.
GGuest UserChosen a non-smoking twin room. The room was spacious enough to open two big laugaue cases. Room are quite and beds are comfort. Shopping Malls and supermarket nearby. There is a carpark in the Hotel. If you don't drive, about 10 minutes walk to JR station or 600 yen of taxi fee or take al bus.
We liked the welcome drinks bar very much, 24 hours open and self-service. Imagine that drinking a glass of cold drink after a walk in a very hot day, satisfactory.
YYingyingThe hotel room was a lot smaller than I expected. It’s possibly because of the difference in photos online and the actual room in person. The stay was ok. I was only at the hotel for sleep or stopping by to drop something off. The location is extremely good since it’s right by the station. I would give full marks in that. If you’re not staying at the hotel for long, I recommend it.
AAnonymous UserThe south exit of Hamamatsu Station is very convenient. There are various restaurants and supermarkets in the station. The hotel reception restaurant is very welcoming. Although the breakfast place is not big, the variety is quite rich. All menus are in Chinese. The hotel also has coin-operated washing machines
LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.
GGargoyleumEverything was actually really good, but this hotel was so old it couldn’t feel comfortable or clean despite best efforts.
Location was great - 2 min walk from Hamamatsu Station. Staff was kind and let us check in just slightly before 3pm.
Amenities were super for what you pay. Free evening curry, 1 draft beer and decent breakfast spread.
Big letdown was the room - peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, no aircon (only heater), mold in bathroom crevices of vent. I think housekeeping is probably good and the room is fundamentally well-cleaned, but the old infrastructure just makes everything feel dingy.
I feel bad as I feel the hotel is trying its best, but despite the amenities mentioned, I will never stay at this hotel again.
GGuest UserAmenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age.
Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast.
There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink.
