The hotel staff is very welcoming and the stay was very pleasant. Coming back from skiing every day was like coming home. The hotel has a car to take you to the ski resort in the morning, and will pick you up at the designated ski resort in the evening. The hotel spa is also great!

Yuika and the team were helpful and delightful during our visit this month. The hotel is well placed, but the van to get to/from the ski slopes is very convenient. Especially at the end of the day. The onsite onset was lovely. Yuika also helped with a mistimed bus on our departure day, meaning we still made our connections. Just.

I had an incredible stay at Abest Happo Aldea in Hakuba and can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is ideally located, just a short shuttle ride from the Happo-One ski resort, making it super convenient for those who want to hit the slopes early. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering both modern comfort and traditional touches that made the experience feel authentic. The hotel also boasts a lovely onsen, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, offering a mix of Japanese and Western options to suit any taste. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. If you’re planning a trip to Hakuba, this hotel should be at the top of your list!

Excelent services the staff tried everything to help you! That was great! Me and my family had great team! We travel from mexico.
The shuttle takes you everywhere. My son loved the dards! There is service food somedays, may be one more day of food service would be good!!

Very welcoming place. Staff do everything they can to help you. About 10 minutes walk from sakka lifts at Happo and hotel runs shuttle services to and from the slopes each day either direct to Happo, goryu or bus terminal and then bus take you onwards to the many other Hakuba slopes. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Onsen on site is great. One of the best places I've stayed.

Abest Hotel is located in peaceful Wadano area. There is only few minutes walk to Sakka lifts and hotel also have free drop off/pick up service. Hotel itself is great with renovated rooms with big new confy beds. A small problen in the rooms was a lack of coat hooks, but the giggling nice lady in a front desk promised to fix it before my next stay. There is a small bar corner and bigger room with fireplace where you can enjoy a nice Asahi after skiing day. They also have a dinner menu. The onsen area has renovated few years ago and has a pretty good finnish sauna. (You can even throw water to the stove!) Important to us, staff is Japanese and they are friendly and very helpful.
