I booked late, the price is a bit expensive, I was busy with work, missed the cancellation deadline, and had to stay. The location is still quite good. You can take the express bus from the airport directly to Escal Plaza. Then you can walk to the hotel in less than ten minutes. There is basically no one at the front desk. If you have any questions, you can ring the bell. The room is just like the room in the photo, very small, with bunk beds, and there is a smelly lady in the room. Breakfast is in the form of one portion per person, which is about two and a half slices of toasted or fried bread, half-boiled eggs and three or four lettuce leaves. There are Chinese waiters, it seems that there are several, but basically there is not much service. Check-in and check-out are all self-service. The location of the B&B is good. I walk a few minutes every day to the ski resort directly, but I will choose a more spacious room next time

Very old B&B, decades old house, the current owner did not do a major renovation after buying it. The whole house is filled with stale and moldy smell, which is disgusting. Even the bed in the room was not replaced with a new one after taking over the house. The old bed board creaks and the floor is sticky. The management is like a makeshift team, very unreliable. When we booked the room, we sent an email to confirm that they would pick us up at Baima Railway Station. When we were about to arrive on the train, I still emailed the boss to tell us that we would arrive on time. As a result, when we arrived at the train station, other tourists were picked up by their own hotels, B&Bs, etc. We waited for almost an hour but no one showed up. On the day of the heavy snowstorm, we and the children were left waiting in vain until we sent another email to ask the other party to reply that the car that came to pick us up had an accident. Then we asked if there was a spare car, and the reply was no. We can also call a taxi ourselves, but can you please not let us wait in the heavy snow on such a cold day? After we complained a few words, the other party still thought we were making a fuss, saying that their car had a problem and they were also unlucky and we should understand. Please, don't be so self-centered, okay? Your car problem was not caused by us, but it was your fault that we were waiting in the heavy snow after we arrived. Can you clarify the cause and effect? ​​After that, we rented skis from the ski rental shop that the owner strongly recommended. On the return day, the owner said that she would notify the rental shop to pick up the skis and let us leave. We repeatedly reminded them to return them on time. As a result, five days after we left, the ski rental shop sent us an email saying that the skis had not been returned and we had to pay an extension fee. I quickly emailed the owner. She ignored me and it was like she had disappeared. In the end, I asked the people from the ski rental shop to pick them up at the B&B. This B&B is so deceptive. Nothing is reliable. They breach their promises and break their promises. If you listen to them, you will definitely fall into a trap and delay things. Isn't this harming people? It's okay that your B&B is expensive and the house is shabby during the ski season, but the key is to have a little conscience and be reasonable, okay? It's simply impossible to communicate!

It feels like a mountain lodge. They picked me up from the hotel when there was heavy snow. They were kind and provided breakfast, so I had a comfortable stay. However, the interior was a bit dark, the bathroom was small, and the bed wasn't very soft, but the location was so good that it was a great place to ski and snowboard.

The hotel is very close to the lobby of the ski resort. It is perfect for ski enthusiasts. The room is clean and fully heated. It happens to be snowing heavily. The snow scenery outside the window is beautiful. The staff is very nice. The boss is also a ski enthusiast. He is very enthusiastic. I will definitely come back next time.
