We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through *******, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Happo One Gondola Adam—and very peaceful.

Fantastic location right near lifts. Had heavy snow just befored we arrived so was fantastic. Joanie was super helpful from onli e check in till we were dropped off at the train station.gave very informative knowledge of what to do in the area and where various places were. Highly recommend to stay here.

A great place to stay, just steps away from the gondola and the free shuttle stop (although to get to most of the other resorts you need to get a second shuttle from the Happo bus terminal). New, well set up and spacious apartment. A few hiccups with the heating - way too hot and could have done with better instructions on how to control it. Kitchen was well set up although a few more pans and oven trays would have been useful. Providing a coffee machine or Nespresso would have been the icing on the cake! The apartment managers were very helpful and quick to respond, provided pick up from the bus on arrival and dropped us back at the end of our stay. We even got an additional bonus trip to the supermarket.

Fabulous apartment in a great location directly opposite the Gondola and a coffee shop. Easy walk into town. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.
