We had children with us so it was nice to have a large communal bath, but the bath was too hot. Children were not allowed in, and everyone around us was completely red from head to toe.
Other than that, the room was compact but adequate for sleeping, and there was a shampoo bar in the bath. We only stayed overnight, but there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, a Family Mart and Muji nearby, and the tram was nearby, so overall we were very satisfied.

I always stay at this hotel when I go on business trips to Hakodate.
However, it had been a while since I last stayed here and I was looking forward to using the large public bath, but the hot water in the tub had stopped and there was a lot of dirt and hair floating in the water, so I just took a shower.
In this situation, I felt that the large public bath was not worth it, which was disappointing.
The cleanliness of the room, breakfast, and location were all very good.
Next time I will consider staying at a different hotel.
