The hotel is a bit far from the station. It would be easier if you could take the tram there during the snowy winter. There are McDonald's, convenience stores and drugstores on the street from the hotel. The service staff are very friendly. Alcoholic drinks (before 9pm) and soft drinks are also provided in the lobby. It is a bit difficult to open and pack the suitcases in the single room. , the hotel provides hot springs, but they are used alternately by men and women. Overall, the quality of the CP is very high.

The location is good. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Hakodate Station, which is acceptable. There's a tram stop next to it, so it's quick to go see the night view or other attractions by train.
The staff are very friendly, but there is only one hot spring, and men and women have to use it at different times. The time for women is shorter, and they can't take a dip after watching the night view.

An elderly woman was very pompous and regretted coming to Hakodate. Other super hotels have friendly staff, but this one is different. When I searched the internet, I got some bad information, so I thought about canceling, but the hotel I usually stay at during the cherry blossom season was three times the price, so I had no choice but to stay. Because of her, I came to dislike Hakodate itself. I will never stay at a super hotel again. I felt like I understood why Hakodate was deserted. In Japan, you can spend comfortably even in a business hotel, but this is different. Definitely not recommended.
