Good location! short walk from JR station, morning market place, convenient store opposite, restaurants close by. Great Breakfast! Good Service! Only breakfast area very small and crowded during peak hour. Overall happy with everything.

The facilities are complete. The hotel is not big but the rooms are spacious. This hotel is well-received for the view outside the window, unlike the flex windows next door which face the wall.
The free breakfast is very exquisite and tastes good, including spring salad, Western scrambled eggs, cream mushroom shrimp, sausage, bread jam, cream soup and so on. I wouldn't say it's luxurious, but it's enough to eat well.
You can pick up various daily necessities and atlases in the hotel lobby. The best thing about this hotel is that there is a tram stop right at the door. You can take the municipal tram to Cross Street, Hachimanzaka, Motomachi Park, Goryokaku, etc. It is also diagonally opposite the Hakodate train station, which is very convenient.

Location is perfect, right across the station. Room size is good for Japanese standards. Breakfast selection is great! Everyday there's different food and yummy. Really good. Microwave at the ground floor and there's free flow drinks. Staff are friendly and always greet you when you're at level 1.
