This hotel is really [strong]. The pretty lady at the front desk knew that I was taking my mother out for a vacation, so she upgraded our room. I didn't think it was a big deal at first, but when I got back to the room, I was stunned. The room was carefully decorated and my mother was very happy. I originally planned to go to Sanya the next day, but after talking to my mother, I decided to stay one more night. The attractions in Haikou are also very good and close to the hotel. It's not bad. The most important thing is that when I swiped the room card at the front desk, it was still the lady from yesterday. She also made an appoin**ent for me to take us to the high-speed rail station for free tomorrow. After learning that this is their 24-hour pick-up service, they can also take us to the airport. I stayed there on the return trip, which saved me from worrying about not being able to call a taxi.

The front desk staff, Xiao Li, was enthusiastic and professional. He checked us in quickly and patiently introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions. The service was considerate. The rooms are clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly. Lying on it feels like being wrapped in clouds and you have a good night's sleep. The room is also well soundproofed and very quiet at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with a stable supply of hot water and moderate water pressure. The toiletries are of high quality and exude an elegant fragrance. The hotel's breakfast buffet is rich and varied, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western food. There are soft bread, delicious fried eggs, nutritious porridge, fresh fruits and drinks to meet different tastes. The restaurant environment is spacious and bright, the waiters clean up the plates in a timely manner, and the dining experience is good. When checking out, the staff was efficient and kindly asked about your experience of the stay, which made me feel warm. This time I stayed at the Vienna Hotel, the environment, service and facilities were impeccable, adding many wonderful memories to my journey. Next time I travel, Vienna Hotel will still be my first choice and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

I do not recommend this hotel unless you are just going to sleep there only. If you plan to spend anytime in the hotel room, order food, or even just think that someone will come and bring fresh towels then stay somewhere else. The location is great. In the past I've stayed at this hotel before and it was much better. It has fallen a lot. The service is just sad. Though they did know how to register a foreigner and that part was easy.

Convenient transportation. The Wanlvyuan bus stop is nearby. You can take the bus directly to Qilou Old Street and Bell Tower. You can also take bus G37 directly to Holiday Beach and Xixiu Beach. Yundong Library and Century Bridge are also accessible by bus. The hotel service staff is very good, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the environment is very clean. It is worth recommending

The hotel is located at the west gate of Wanlvyuan, close to the sea. There is a swimming pool and hot spring pool on the first floor. The surrounding environment is very good and you can take a walk on the beach at any time. The reception is very enthusiastic, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are also new with smart systems, the bedding is comfortable, and the sleep in the room is very good. The hotel breakfast is Cantonese style. You can experience Hainan Laoba Tea, which tastes very good. Many locals drink morning tea in the restaurant. In short, it is great value for money and a very satisfying experience.
