Takes a bit of time for the check in procedures if you are a foreigner (also if you have the China green card), so you waste time there. -staff is polite -Amenities: it is a room/capsule room with pillow and a blanket. - the delixe 5mt capsule i stayed was clean -they have lockers where one big bag fits well, depending on occupancy and availability, they are kind enough to let you use two lockers. -no shower -bathroom is the one from the airport, nearby so convenient , but still an airport bathroom, so nothing fancy -automatic water dispenser located nearby -If you arrive on terminal 2, it takes some time to reach this capsule hotel, in the evening you may need a taxi or a shittle bus taking you to the arrival or Terminal1. Should you arrive at T1 departures, it is enough to enter the shopping mall in front of the terminal and use the escalator to arrivals.

I arrived in Haikou around the 12pm, and waited for a 14 hour transfer flight to Sydney. So I booked this hotel. The hotel is close to terminal 1, I took the airport bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1, just across the road and went to the shopping centre, you can see the sign to go to the hotel and take the lift to level 1, the lobby is there. So easy going there. Also you can waiting for hotel shuttle bus.

The service of the hotel is really impeccable! From check-in to check-out, every staff member is very friendly, take the initiative to help with luggage, and also provide pick-up service and many travel suggestions. The room was very warm, the sanitary conditions were very good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was very fragrant. The overall experience is very satisfactory, give full marks!

I’ve seen battle like this before at an airport hotel in rural Xi’an. I was defeated then like I was last night. My first encounter with the enemy was in the bathroom terrain. A land cruiser A2000 cockroach made his presence known and I had to barricade my living space with the bathroom door and a towel wedged underneath. The 2nd enemy came in the form of a 8 legged wall crawler. I’ve been resisting their invasion since I was a young boy, easy enough to annihilate. The last and most worthy opponent of the night got me while I slept. At first, I thought the blanket and pillow were making my head violently itch, but then I heard her. The motor of a four winged mosquito out of hell buzzed by my head. I jumped up, hit the light, located her, and I will spare you the graphic and gory details of that finale. I might of slept an hour or two that evening. I present the battlefield below.

This place is amazing! We moved to this hotel on the last day of our HaiKou trip as we have an early flight the next day. It's only 5-10 mins away from the airport, depending on the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide free transport to the airport. They helped us booked the transport when we checked into the hotel. The room we booked is beautiful, it's clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice thick towels. Very happy with the room we got. We brought some local fruits to bring back to our country, but there isn't any fridge in the room. Their staff helped to keep the fruits in the fridge at their counter. We were given a reminder call 30mins before the transport came, which was a surprise to us. This is such a good service which we don get in other countries, unless you requested for it. There are eateries and convenient stores around the hotel, so you dont need to worry about food. If not, you can just take a DiDi, to the airport where there are shopping outlets and food courts. Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

This hotel is in an excellent location for the airport.They offer a free shutle service. There are plenty of restaurants and small shops around. Being located near the airport means that it can be a bit noisy at time.

I came to Haikou on a business trip. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly. Check-in was efficient and considerate. They also introduced the surrounding transportation and food in detail. The room layout is simple and stylish, the bedding is comfortable, the office desk and chairs are great, and the high-speed wireless network is super stable, allowing me to work without any pressure. The hotel's catering is excellent, the breakfast is rich, and there are local specialties that taste great. The transportation here is very convenient, it is close to the airport, and there is a free pick-up and drop-off service. There is a lot of food in the surrounding area, and there are many specialty restaurants within walking distance. The staff are super enthusiastic and answer all your questions. They also help with travel planning and food recommendations. In short, Chaoman Airport Store has a good environment, excellent service, and complete facilities. I highly recommend it to friends who come to Haikou for business or travel!

The hotel is amazing, very close to the airport, the airport pick-up service is heartwarming, the two guys at the front desk, Xiaokai & Xiaoding, warmly received us, the room facilities are complete, spacious and bright, the breakfast tastes amazing, there are not many varieties but the taste is excellent. Since I only stayed for one night, I didn't get to experience the other facilities of the hotel, so I'll leave it for next time!

Not far from airport also they provide free shuttle bus to pick up and drop off that service 24/7. Lobby and room clean, staff very fast response once contacted them in WeChat and provide very good information as asked. Recommend stay here if you finding hotel near airport.
