The location is easy to find, just opposite Gate 1, and there is a clean toilet next to it. The space is OK, not many facilities. But it is very quiet. The airport notification sound is a bit noisy at night, so earplugs are provided.

Stayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

Facilities: Very comfortable, the bedding is clean and comfortable, very nice. Hygiene: The room is very hygienic, not to mention the hygiene, the aunt is very serious about cleaning. This place is amazing! We moved to this hotel on the last day of our HaiKou trip as we have an early flight the next day. It's only 5-10 mins away from the airport, depending on the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide free transport to the airport. They helped us booked the transport when we checked into the hotel. The room we booked is beautiful, it's clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice thick towels. Very happy with the room we got. We brought some local fruits to bring back to our country, but there isn't any fridge in the room. Their staff helped to keep the fruits in the fridge at their counter. We were given a reminder call 30mins before the transport came, which was a surprise to us. This is such a good service which we don get in other countries, unless you requested for it. There are eateries and convenient stores around the hotel, so you dont need to worry about food. If not, you can just take a DiDi, to the airport where there are shopping outlets and food courts. Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

The hotel is in a great location and suitable for tourists. You can pick up and drop off at the airport at any time, but you need to make an appoin**ent with the front desk lady in advance. The room facilities are all available, clean and hygienic, and the bedding is neat (≧∇≦)ﾉ, especially the front desk lady is very polite! It is very close to Guilin Yanghezi Night Market, where you can eat, take pictures and check in! Highly recommended

Excellent value for money. In a lively but not loud area with lots of restaurants open late. Clean and comfortable. The night time receptionist was very patient with my non-existent Chinese skills. One comment (not a complaint): you might prefer to take a taxi (10min) from the airport instead of waiting for the shuttle (I waited half an hour after being told it would come in 10min). But from the hotel to the airport there are regular shuttles every hour. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is really amazing! As soon as you enter the room, you feel very warm and carefully decorated. The bedding is clean and soft, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The staff are warm and lovely, and the service is extremely attentive. The surrounding environment of the hotel is also good and travel is convenient. The next day, they will wake you up in advance, and the car will be waiting downstairs when you come down. It's so convenient! Overall, as a place for turnover, I think it is quite good to be able to do these, and the price is not high, just over 100 yuan during the Spring Festival, the cost performance is still very high!

Got picked up from the airport even though I didn't have a local number (seems like the way the driver verified you) so great service from whoever handled my request. Good lighting with the comfy room which served its purpose for an overnight to get an early flight.
