The hotel is located just few hundred steps by walk or 5 minutes by car from the Airport and there's a free shuttle bus every half an hour it. Staff are super friendly and are willing to make you feel at home and be comfortable! Facilities are good at a high standard and are provided everywhere in the same high standards. Room size is very good and the bathroom has a bath in addition to the shower room All together it's one of the best stays, Thank you very much.

Had an overnight layover at Haikou returning to Sydney. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful, the room was clean and the price for the night was very reasonable, highly recommend. With airport transfer it would be best to let staff know when your flight is and book the shuttle bus in advance as they only come around every hour. 中途停留在海口等回悉尼的飛機，在微瀾酒店住了一晚。房間乾淨，酒店工作人員都很親切，價錢也相當合理。建議入房的時候提前跟前台預約機場接駁車因為一小時直來一班。

Honestly, the location is quite remote; you have to walk through a small road to get to the hotel. The room was okay, with a slightly new decor and a nice smell. The only downside is that the black door is covered in greasy handprints from frequent use, which is unpleasant. The breakfast was quite limited.

A perfect score is a must! First, I must commend the front desk service; they were patient and attentive, and even upgraded our room for free. The room was impeccably clean; there wasn't a speck of dust on the floor even when barefoot. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, very neck-friendly, and I slept exceptionally comfortably. The shower had great water pressure, and the hot water came on quickly, washing away all our fatigue. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The bread and Hainanese noodles were particularly tasty, and the hotel was open until 10 am, which was still quite convenient. The fruit was fresh and sweet. Our flight was in the afternoon, and the hotel's latest airport shuttle service was at 2:50 pm. We asked the front desk at 4 pm if they still offered the shuttle, and they said they had a car available to take us directly to the airport. Their service was incredibly thoughtful, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I have a layover in Haikou! Highly recommended!

This is the most comfortable B&B I have ever been to in recent years. It feels like home, with the fragrance of lilies at the entrance. Who has ever seen a front desk with big white rabbit candies? This one detail shows the owner's dedication. Pick up at the high-speed rail station, and send to the airport in the morning in 5 minutes. Convenient and fast, clean and hygienic rooms, Two 1.5-meter beds, Very convenient to bring two children. It can be said that it has the best value for money at the same price. It is really a rare B&B with good quality.

This hotel is beautifully situated right by the sea, offering a truly serene and picturesque setting. What's more, the value for money during our summer vacation stay was exceptional. The rooms are great, and there are two swimming pools along with dedicated water play facilities for children. There's a wide range of activities available, so you could easily spend a whole day here without needing to leave the hotel. The ocean is just across the road, and it's super convenient to grab coconuts and other local refreshing treats right by the beach. The only minor drawback is that items at the hotel's mini-mart are quite pricey, even more expensive than what you'd find in a mountaintop shop. I hope the hotel considers improving this; while a slight markup is understandable, it shouldn't unnecessarily detract from their overall image. Overall, it's definitely worth staying and highly recommended.

good transit hotel. airport shuttle bus was efficient. just need to contact the hotel via trip app and they’ll instruct on how to add them on wechat to contact the driver. ride from airport to hotel was really fast. hotel staff were friendly and accomodating when we made requests to change room due to the cigarette smell. during check-in, staff helped to book our next day’s the shuttle service to the airport. it was punctual and efficient too! highly recommend this hotel for a quick layover. room is big, aircon is strong, and shower is clean and has showering amenities. bed and pillows are clean. hotel is also a 30min drive to mixC mall and cloud library near the bay for a quick dinner and night walk.

The room is very clean, the equipment is quite complete, there is a dryer and washing machine, the service is also very good, the pick-up service is good and free, and I sent my friend, very enthusiastic, I have the opportunity to go to Haikou and set this.

After our wedding photoshoot in Sanya, we returned to Haikou and checked into this hotel we had booked. We saw a prominent sign for their airport and high-speed rail transfer service, which immediately sealed the deal for us. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart controls throughout provided a great experience. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they even told us the location of the duty-free shop and patiently answered all our questions. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance to visit this area.

I had a lovely stay even though it was one night, wish I had actually booked a few nights but had just booked it because it was near the airport and would be convenient. The porter was helpful and front desk checked me in in good time and let me know all the necessary things and places I can go to enjoy the stay. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and it was very comfortable. The view was great and a surprise is at that it actually shares common facilities with ritz Carlton which is next door. You can enjoy the gardens, golfing area, pool and spa. Breakfast was good and the staff efficient in cleaning up. Across the hotel is the teddy bear museum and outlet stores. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I will definitely come again ✨
