Having stayed in many hotels near airports, this Microtel by Wyndham Haikou Meilan International Airport definitely ranks at the top. Its prime location, close to the airport and high-speed rail station, makes travel and transportation easy. The hotel lobby is stylish and stylish. The rooms are spacious and bright, with updated amenities, and the free in-room WiFi is fast. The fitness room is well-equipped and free. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, served hot and freshly prepared. Highly recommended!

My kid wanted to take a hot spring bath, so a local friend in Haikou recommended Mission Hills Resort. At first, I booked the Mission Hills Hotel for 998 with breakfast. When I opened ** and saw the live broadcast of the small garden enclosure, it showed that it was also in the Mission Hills Resort. I checked with the host and found out that it was next to the Mission Hills Hotel, in the same place. Home, shared breakfast and hot spring, 599 includes breakfast and hot spring. Since it was Christmas day, it showed that there was no room. I think it is very cost-effective, and we have never stayed in the enclosed house, so we booked it on Ctrip. It was 100 more expensive. 12 o'clock When we arrived at the hotel, the handsome man checked us in the day before yesterday. He specially arranged a room with a good location for us and led us to the room. He also introduced that this building was originally a spa place for Mission Hills guests and was later converted into guest rooms. The next day I wanted to take my kids out for some fun, but it was inconvenient to bring my luggage, so I asked the handsome guy at the front desk if I could delay check-out. The reply was that he could delay check-out until 2 p.m. It was already past 1 p.m. when we got back to the hotel, and we didn’t have enough time for a lunch break. Our flight was after 6pm, so I communicated with the beautiful woman at the front desk how much it would cost to delay the flight by 2 hours. After communicating with the manager, the beautiful woman replied that I could postpone our flight until 4pm for free, which was really heart-warming. The overall feeling of the hotel is very quiet, which I like very much. This trip to Haikou was very pleasant. It cured my dizziness problem that I had suffered for many years. The children also had a great time playing in the hotel.

This hotel is beautifully situated right by the sea, offering a truly serene and picturesque setting. What's more, the value for money during our summer vacation stay was exceptional. The rooms are great, and there are two swimming pools along with dedicated water play facilities for children. There's a wide range of activities available, so you could easily spend a whole day here without needing to leave the hotel. The ocean is just across the road, and it's super convenient to grab coconuts and other local refreshing treats right by the beach. The only minor drawback is that items at the hotel's mini-mart are quite pricey, even more expensive than what you'd find in a mountaintop shop. I hope the hotel considers improving this; while a slight markup is understandable, it shouldn't unnecessarily detract from their overall image. Overall, it's definitely worth staying and highly recommended.

Beyond being close to the airport, boasting an aesthetically pleasing multi-level design, and offering multi-bed rooms suitable for families with children, I honestly can't find anything else to praise. The facilities are severely outdated. The lobby was dark and gloomy, and the room had a strong, musty, damp smell that was truly off-putting. The exterior appearance is all show and no substance. The parking spaces outside the entrance were littered with trash and left uncleaned. Breakfast was also very basic and certainly not what you'd expect from a hotel of this star rating. The front desk didn't even have a first-aid kit; I couldn't get any antiseptic like iodine when I cut myself. This is truly unacceptable.
