There was a smell of cigarettes when I entered the room, and I felt bad immediately. I went downstairs and asked the front desk to change the room. They were very active but didn't apologize. I asked the guy at the front desk if he could arrange a room without the smell of cigarettes. The reply was no guarantee! No guarantee! Why do you write ”no smoking” on Ctrip? It's a serious false propaganda. After changing to a new room, there was still a smell, probably the smell of the new decoration. Because my friend was in a hurry and didn't want to change hotels, we just rested there. In the middle of the night, I found that the air conditioning adjustment system was very light and couldn't be turned off. In addition, children under 6 years old have to pay extra for breakfast. If you don't have high requirements, you can stay. I can only give a medium review.

I stayed here with my family for the Chengmai half marathon. We had a 2 floor room which made it very convenient to not wake up my family when I got ready and left early for the race. Breakfast was great, our room was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I’d ask is for the hotel to provide a shuttle bus to the start of next year’s race. It was difficult to get to the start from this location because of road closures. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel has convenient parking and an underground parking lot. The location is great. The lady at the front desk has great service. The room has been upgraded and is relatively spacious. It makes you feel at home. The room is clean and comfortable. The facilities are convenient. There is a self-service washing machine and a gym that you can use. Breakfast is to eat with the elderly apartment next to it, there is almost nothing to eat, let alone a buffet, worse than the fast food in the cafeteria. The bathroom facilities are also very old, the shower head pipe is leaking, the room service can not say, it feels not very good .

An excellent five-star hotel, perfectly situated next to the Haikou Convention and Exhibition Center and Binhai Avenue, making it ideal for both business and leisure trips. It boasts a private beach, and rooms offer breathtaking sea views. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the breakfast buffet is generous, and the evening seafood barbecue is also highly recommended. Zirong's butler service was exceptionally thoughtful! The pre-trip guide and vouchers they provided were incredibly helpful, saving us a lot of trouble. They even thoughtfully reminded us to bring umbrellas when it rained, prepared ginger tea, and gifted us some Hainan specialties – a truly heartfelt gesture. The attention to detail and personalized care were impeccable, making our entire experience absolutely fantastic.

Oh my god, this hotel has great value for money and the owner is so nice! They provided us with help and came with a refresher. The room was clean and tidy, very spacious, and the projection was very clear and large. The location is great. There is a barbecue restaurant downstairs, a supermarket next to it, and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the stadium. I will come next time. I went to this place to attend a concert in Haikou! ! !

Yuxi, the first stop of my daughter's graduation trip and mine, truly exceeded all expectations. I'd done extensive research beforehand, dreaming of a seaside stay. We booked in advance, and the host proactively contacted us via WeChat, asking for our flight details and even advising on taxi options. This thoughtful gesture truly warmed our hearts and instantly got us excited for the trip. The guesthouse is conveniently located, just a 40-minute drive from Meilan Airport. Upon arrival, the owner (a charming, slightly goofy handsome guy) immediately came out to greet us and helped with our bags, making us feel incredibly welcome. The guesthouse itself was exactly what I'd hoped for, even more beautiful than expected. My daughter and I were both completely wowed – it genuinely is right by the ocean! ✌️ The ground floor houses a lovely cafe, surrounded by numerous coconut trees, potted greenery 🪴, and flowers. Its unique, fresh, and natural style clearly reflects the owner's exquisite taste and meticulous effort. It's no wonder many stylish young women were there, snapping photos. Our room was spacious, boasting a massive floor-to-ceiling window that made it feel as if we could pluck a coconut 🥥 right from our bed. Stepping out, we were immediately greeted by the embrace of the sea – a truly blissful experience. As for the service, if I had to describe it in one word, it would be 'warm'; in one sentence, 'it felt like coming home.' They helped carry our luggage to the room, and we were even offered afternoon tea ☕️ right upon arrival. Honestly, with my personality, I immediately felt completely at home – absolutely no sense of formality or constraint. It was just: free, relaxed, and utterly comfortable! After dropping our bags, we headed straight for the sea. The owner thoughtfully reminded us not to miss the breathtaking sunset from the guesthouse later. 🌄 The bedding was incredibly comfortable; it was the first time I hadn't struggled to fall asleep away from home. And waking up, all we had to do was draw the curtains from our bed to witness the sunrise – truly a healing experience! Each morning, I'd find a cozy corner with a fragrant cup of coffee ☕️, watching the tides ebb and flow. It made even mundane moments feel beautiful. (My favorite song, 'Love's Corner', was even playing in the lobby at that very moment!) Breakfast was delicious and plentiful; my daughter particularly loved the rice noodles. When it was time for our next stop, Wanning, the owner patiently advised us on the quickest, most convenient, and most economical taxi route. As we were getting into the taxi, I confidently told the owner, 'I will definitely be back! Even if the journey is long, I'd gladly ride the winds to return to Yuxi...'
