The staff's adaptability was impressive 👍; when we had last-minute additional guests, they promptly helped us with extra chairs and dishes, ensuring the dinner went smoothly. Thumbs up! **Breakfast:** The breakfast restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and the food selection was great. The staff were proactive in offering high chairs and promptly cleared empty plates. **Front Desk:** The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, asking about our check-in experience and if we had driven, then proactively helping us register our license plate.

The tables and chairs were neatly and thoughtfully arranged, and the air was filled with a refreshing aroma. Inside the guest room, the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful touches were flawless. The bed linen, pristine white, was like the purity of winter's first snow. Every small detail reflected a sense of peace, with every corner revealing proof of their meticulous care. Staff members like Cuiling and Yuzhu were like beacons of warmth, welcoming and greeting us with genuine warmth and attentive service. Their responses to our needs were swift and considerate, making any fatigue instantly disappear. In this small haven, I discovered so much beauty. Life can be long and often challenging, but this kind of beauty felt like starlight illuminating my soul. It showed me that there are always surprises in the world, hidden in unexpected corners. This encounter was a comfort to my soul, and I wish for such beauty to always endure, never fading away.

The transportation is very convenient. The location is easy to find. The shower room experience is good. The bed is also very comfortable. The Internet speed is very good. Chunchun Jiajia has a very good service attitude.

We arrived at four in the morning, were in the room for about six (we got there with adventures) immediately went to bed after a long flight and a change in time zones. The mattress and pillows are orthopedic, for which the back was immediately grateful))). After breakfast and a walk. About twenty minutes from the hotel there is a fruit market, where locals shop. Parallel to our street, there is a street with excellent sportswear and shoe stores. The hotel has rooms with a smart home system (curtains open and close at the touch of a button, the toilet flushes itself. The shower has excellent toiletries. The room has a kettle, tea, water, toothbrushes, a hair tie, a comb, a shower cap, and an ear cleaning kit. At the reception there are four types of tea, sweets, adhesive plasters, makeup remover wipes, wipes for wiping glasses and many other little things. You can take mangoes, they look ripe, but we bought so much fruit that we no longer had the strength to eat the mango. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. In the dining room they helped make soup (as the locals do). The next day, in an excellent car, they took us to the East Station for free, and we went on to rest in Sanya. If we return to Hainan, we will once again start our vacation from this hotel.

It was 9:00 PM, and I lazily got up and returned late, but not a single urge came. He said warmly, ”Take your time, sir.” Even the Six Dynasties Residence in Nanjing might not match such generosity. Price Comparison: Asking about the value, it's only a little over a hundred strings of cash. Yet, a night's enjoyment is worthy of a palace of jade. I've heard of hotels like ”Xiton” and ”Xilai” in Haikou, where you can spend thousands of gold for a smile. Now, seeing this inn, I understand the true meaning of ”great ingenuity, yet simple.” Conclusion: If I ever visit Qiongzhou again, I'll definitely stay here again. My partner and I had a truly memorable stay at your hotel. The entire space is perfect for couples—very chill, cozy, and beautifully lit. We especially loved how the entire room could be controlled via a remote panel, from the lights to the curtains—such a thoughtful and modern touch! I also want to give a special mention to the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to assist with our special request. They helped coordinate with a third-party vendor to decorate our room with balloons and flowers for a proposal, and it was done so beautifully. We were genuinely impressed and touched by the effort and coordination. The only minor downside was the internet connection, which was a bit unstable at night. However, the front desk staff responded quickly, and the issue was resolved by the next morning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return for another stay. The location is just beside the shopping mall which has lots of eating places and beauty services for hair, facial and nails etc. The room itself was clean and quite. There is a washing machine and a dryer available and I just need to hand over my clothes to the staff to take care of everything. I will definitely return on my next trip to Haikou!

Getting around couldn't be more convenient! The room cleanliness was a delightful surprise. The bedding was crisp white and so soft, like sinking into clouds. The floors were polished to a shine, making it comfortable to walk barefoot. The bathroom was spotless, free of any odors or stains, with even the corners and crevices perfectly cleaned. It made for an incredibly comfortable and pleasant stay. The service was equally impeccable. The staff were always welcoming with smiles and incredibly prompt in responding to any needs. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The airport shuttle service was super reliable; the driver waited for us in advance, proactively helped with luggage, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. Absolutely stress-free! The laundry service was also fantastic. The machines were clean and easy to use, and our dried clothes came back with a delicate fresh scent – even better than doing laundry at home! For breakfast, the coffee was rich and aromatic, and the toast was perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, ideal with jam or butter. Starting each day with such a delightful breakfast truly energized me for the whole day. From the prime location to every single service, it's clear that a lot of thought and care went into everything. I was absolutely thrilled with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

This hotel is really [strong]. The pretty lady at the front desk knew that I was taking my mother out for a vacation, so she upgraded our room. I didn't think it was a big deal at first, but when I got back to the room, I was stunned. The room was carefully decorated and my mother was very happy. I originally planned to go to Sanya the next day, but after talking to my mother, I decided to stay one more night. The attractions in Haikou are also very good and close to the hotel. It's not bad. The most important thing is that when I swiped the room card at the front desk, it was still the lady from yesterday. She also made an appoin**ent for me to take us to the high-speed rail station for free tomorrow. After learning that this is their 24-hour pick-up service, they can also take us to the airport. I stayed there on the return trip, which saved me from worrying about not being able to call a taxi.

The location of the hotel is OK, right next to the North-South Fruit Market, less than half an hour from the airport, and close to the high-speed rail station, with convenient parking. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and there is a strong damp smell as soon as you enter, it's too damp, the breakfast is not bad, the price-performance ratio is OK, and it is very convenient to stay for one night.
