Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

The price-performance ratio is super high, it dropped my jaw. We checked in at the end of April, probably because it was the off-season before the long holiday. A sea view room including breakfast is only over 300, why would you want a bicycle! The room is big, the view is great, it is very quiet at night, there are no noisy neighbors, and the room has no odor and the drainage is unobstructed. The decoration is just a little old. The most recommended thing is the hotel's own hot spring and swimming pool. Just these two items can entertain you for a whole day. I didn't even have interest in going to the beach outside. This standard 50-meter swimming pool has a constant temperature and automatic circulation. The only drawback is that when there are classes in the swimming pool in the morning, you need to say hello before entering. Finally, I strongly recommend the fish spa pool, which is also my motivation to write a review. If anyone has skin diseases on their feet, it is definitely a good idea to come here. We guarantee that they will be cleaned up for you. The only downside is that the breakfast has too few varieties, the hotel's TV is not very good, and the decoration is too old, but for a five-star hotel that costs 300 per night, you don't ask for too much.

The room is located by the sea. It is a high-rise apartment, clean and tidy, with a small attic and a large living room. It is fully equipped and reasonably priced, making it suitable for travel.

🌴 Escape the hustle and bustle, come to Haikou to live in Ixi B&B. It is hidden in the villa of the West Coast Community, free parking, quiet and not remote. Surrounded by Holiday Beach, Wuyuanhe Wetland Park, Xinhai Port Pier, Duty Free City, it is super convenient to travel and play. The room is simple and stylish, intelligent guest control controls the lighting, air conditioning, soft bedding to help sleep, dry and wet separation of the bathroom, high-quality spare parts. The housekeeper is online 24 hours a day, check-in is efficient, luggage handling is worry-free, and there is exquisite afternoon tea feeding. The next day's breakfast is made, the categories are diverse, the seafood noodles are solid, and they are served before 11 o'clock. The test is superb, next time I go to Haikou, I will return to live! 💕

民宿在村子的最邊上，因為是新修的，還沒有完善，周圍沒有吃的和超市。為了住海景房定的這家酒店，淡季400多，性價比不高，房間海景不錯，我們住在四樓，入住當天晚上，電梯就壞了，每次衹能走樓梯，一直到第二天早上離店電梯仍未修好，早上七點下樓大廳櫃枱都沒人，給老闆打了電話，八點多才來人送了湯粉做早餐，説是當地特色，房間衹包兩個人的早餐，如果多的人就要另外交20塊錢一個人，特別要提到的是，房間沒有凳子，吃東西的時候衹能站着吃，後來讓老闆拿了凳子進房間。酒店為了節省空間，洗手枱在床旁邊，看着還行，但是每次洗手的時候，水流聲很大，就在床邊上影響睡覺的人休息。如果衹是看海不在乎其他，可以住，還有很大的提升空間，還是希望酒店越來越完善。

The hotel is located near the pier, with a superior location, and is near the duty-free city. The duty-free city opens at 10 am, making shopping and entertainment very convenient. It is a bit like the design of a large shopping mall in Macau. The room was upgraded free of charge, fully equipped, modern in design, clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and considerate. Whether checking in at the front desk or dining in the restaurant, the service staff left a good impression. We arrived at 9pm and had a midnight snack. It is also convenient to rent a car nearby.

The newly opened hotel is clean, comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful and pleasant environment and good service attitude. What surprised me was: we had already called for a car at our own expense, but when the lobby staff heard that we were going to the airport, they immediately explained that there was a free airport drop-off service. I was skeptical at first, but a few minutes later the car arrived at the hotel entrance. The driver was highly professional, the business car was tall and stylish, and we arrived at the airport on time without charging any fees or suggesting any fees. Very satisfied, five-star praise 👍

I think it's very good. It's opposite Xixiu Beach. After checking in, we rested until about five in the afternoon, and then walked across the road to Xixiu Beach to play in the water. The small sofa in the room was very comfortable. The breakfast the next day was also very rich and great. When I left, I was given a bag of special partridge tea. The lady at the front desk was very professional and answered my questions several times very well!

Had a memorable holiday here. We arrived early and served by Erin during the check-in. She was very helpful, sharing essential information patiently to us. Even as our room was not ready at first, we managed to get some relaxing stroll along the beach and enjoyed some drinks with the panoramic sea view. After which Erin personally contacted us the moment our room was ready. As early comers, Erin also kindly reserved us one of the rooms with the best sea view to complete our holiday experience. The next day she didn't forget to check on us, making sure we were well taken care of. There's also a live music in the evening, which we enjoyed a lot. We had dinner and breakfast buffet here which we agreed may not be the most remarkable but the food provided did meet the required standards.

Haikou Marriot is location by the beach offering a 100% view of the ocean with mainland China clearly visible from my balcony. The front reception staff was friendly and helpful eapecially Ms Miranda who constantly checked on my well beings and needs. I can’t fault anything wrong with her service and attentivnes throughout my 4 day stay at Haikou Marriot. I look forward to staying there again in my future visits to this beautiful city
