海口麗思卡爾頓別墅酒店的環境一流，超出我的預期，乾淨衞生，完全可以呆在酒店度假，別墅管家Alan貼心周到，別墅酒店有機場來回接送，考慮到我回程晚班機，Alan還提前幫我們申請了酒店延期，很好的一起旅遊體驗！還會再去哦！

離機場很近很方便，服務一流，早餐有糟粕醋麪味道超不錯，感謝Xenia推薦各種海口美食，這次來的時間很短沒有好好享受，下次來應該還會繼續選擇這裏！

這次海口麗思卡爾頓之行，雖帶着幾分倉促與意外，卻被滿溢的暖意徹底打動。作為旅程的最後一站，本想好好放鬆，偏偏孩子接連出狀況——不小心摔倒、突發腸胃炎，兩天裏手忙腳亂，心裏總揪着勁兒。
但酒店的服務，從頭到尾都像一劑定心丸。必須好好謝謝Peter！知道孩子摔倒後，特意送來一衹超可愛的獅子玩偶哄他開心，還加了份擺成小動物造型的點心，小傢伙當時眼睛都亮了，瞬間忘了疼。27號早上，想着給腸胃不舒服的孩子帶點白粥和水果，本是自助餐廳的堂食時段，前台那位不知名的小哥哥卻二話不説幫我們安排得明明白白，忙亂中沒來得及問他的名字，心裏一直記着這份妥帖。
連慌亂中瞥見的細節都藏着温柔：保潔阿姨簡直是“收納魔法師”，我們隨手亂放的物件被分門別類擺得整整齊齊，連纏繞的充電線都細心捆好，房間一下子清爽得讓人舒心。大堂吧的咖啡也藏着巧思，冰用的是咖啡凍的老冰，不像普通冰塊那樣化得快，慢慢喝也不影響口感，一口下去，連焦慮都淡了幾分。
可惜孩子狀態不好，錯過了太多風景，但這些零碎的暖心片段，早就讓這次住宿成了難忘的記憶。酒店把細節磨得這麼細，是真的用了心。真心期待下次再來，不帶任何匆忙，安安穩穩地泡在這兒，好好補回這次的遺憾～

房間格局很寬敞，舒適度很好，特別是床墊舒服的真的很不錯，老媽幾度誇，説有種魔力似的，倒床就睡，提高她的睡眠質量，衞生做的也不錯，酒店環境很好，一片片綠色，頓時釋放了所有壓力，給眼部做了SPA的感覺，草坪修理的也很整齊乾淨，值得一提的是工作人員都非常有禮貌，每個細節做的都很到位，有求必應，有問題也及時解決迴應，值得度假的酒店，做到了五星級酒店水準該有的水準！
