第二次入住麗思卡爾頓酒店，第一次是住的別墅，這次帶老媽來海口摘荔枝，依然選擇住麗思卡爾頓，接待員Alan主動幫我們開車，送行李，還幫我們送了兩個超大的椰汁，我老媽説這個椰汁比外面買的好喝。服務非常周到。
麗思卡爾頓環境好，服務一流，衞生乾淨，硬件設施絕對一流，唯一美中不足的就是軟件設施太次，洗漱用品太廉價，牙刷硬的像鋼絲，在海口這種熱帶水果品種千奇百樣的城市，歡迎水果果然比較低廉，還不如沒有。哈哈哈哈哈，我媽都嫌棄！

此次帶娃出行，共住了兩晚，總體滿意。
具體來説，硬件達到麗思標準，衞生方面非常優秀，服務很熱情，大堂、客房、大堂吧、20層餐廳、二層早餐廳、泳池遇到的每一個工作人員，全員水準在線。
餐飲方面，各餐廳表現非常出色，無論是大堂吧，還是各餐廳，每一道精緻可口，無一例外。此處給20層的餐廳點贊，環境幽雅、菜品美味、服務優秀，工作人員還會記住前一晚客人的口味偏好，定製化處理，屬實驚喜。
最後誇讚一下行政管家，Daria，有問必答，及時解決餐廳問題，對小朋友格外關照，非常感謝。

預訂了高爾夫套房，入住時直接升級為行政高爾夫大套房，一室一廳兩衞格局，帶有浴缸、乾濕分離，還有個化粧間。非常大氣，裝修風格也是很有品味的歐洲老錢風。整體入住體驗很好，前台接待是Arthur經理，考慮周到，溝通順利，好評！他家的麗思性價比很好、距離機場很近，早餐也不錯，適合想要staycation的各位來打打高爾夫、做SPA，或者像我們一樣早上趕飛機。推薦給大家！

這次入住的兩房別墅體驗感非常好，泳池很大，小朋友玩的很開心，酒店裡的中餐廳和二十樓的餐吧味道都非常不錯（20樓的調酒師人也很好！還有二樓西餐廳的一位男負責人，都很熱情！）。別墅配的私人管家Alan服務很好，真的很省心，會安排接送來回酒店各個地方，幫忙訂餐廳、拿外賣等。還有一位小卷毛服務員也很不錯（抱歉不記得名字了），退房之後東西遺漏也積極幫忙處理。總之是一次非常愉快的旅行，酒店員工整體素質都很高，下次還會再去。

這是我住過最划算的麗思卡爾頓了，性價比超高。房間雖然牆面有一丟丟舊，但瑕不掩瑜，總體非常好。酒店的設施也很棒，我住的房間還升級了，有個陽台，可以看到很舒服的景色。服務也很棒，管家都很及時迴應問題，來海口首選Ritz！
