酒店的服務很貼心，前台服務很熱情，辦理入住很快，介紹的非常詳細，酒店附近有個遠大購物中心可以吃飯，酒店內也可以用餐，早餐很豐富，自助餐也很好吃，管家麗娜小姐姐服務超級好，感謝麗娜小姐姐的關照，安排的房間也很不錯，提前準備了小孩用品，酒店的親子元素特別少，如果能在這方面提升就更好啦，下次來海口首選

非常好的一次體驗，幾百塊的酒店有夜床你敢信。本來想呆兩天買點免税就走，結果拉肚子，Hailey聽説後給送了粥，現煲的，滾燙的很舒服！歡迎水果有椰子，晚上有糖水。價格是海棠灣的四分之一，但是服務一點不差，今天肚子好轉，又續了兩天，好評！

在海口看演唱會的話住這家很方便，管家小可kiki詢問入住要求，微信上也是有問必答，回覆及時。kiki貼心細心，不僅提供了擺渡車訊息和場館出入口指南，還給我們提供了演唱會攻略，提醒出行的天氣情況，房間舒服，床很大，棉拖和浴袍很舒服，看得出對客房選品的要求很高了。
