房間相對老舊，我們定的城景房，旁邊有施工工地，海景應該會更好，主要是我們兩大兩小，兩張1.2米床拼接的2.4米大床確實是適合一家人睡覺，樓下餐廳有早茶，送了兩早，足購我們四個人吃了，南門夜市就是小吃街，感覺一般，大同裏飯店確實是驚呆我們，離酒店十多分鐘車程

這條好評給前台小吳的服務很好，到店時候我很渴，主動示意有茶水。
但是入住後酒店旁邊有一個工地，兩點鐘在那作業，聲音很大，兩點半停止作業，然後三點鐘又開始放音樂，五點多快六點又開始作業，都在咚咚咚的，一整晚都沒睡。但是早餐很不錯，是早茶固定點餐的形式，鳳爪很好吃，算是一些慰藉了吧。

從進到酒店那一刻開始就感覺到酒店有點舊舊的感覺，其實問題也不大，來了也不想影響心情，然後就正常入住了，定了一個什麼温泉房，訂房的時候圖片上面顯示陽台有温泉，結果入住之後發現是個浴缸，而且還特別臟根本沒有清理過。原本在海口訂房就是為了找個私湯温泉房度假放鬆一下，結果用都用不了，放水進浴缸裏面水都是黃黑黃黑的，裏面還有很多蟲子的屍體。第二天退房的時候找前台反映問題，當時前台的確認真聽取意見，我提出訴求説要退差價，前台叫我加酒店微信，也答應了退差價，叫我發銀行卡號開户行，結果發過去沒多久，酒店那邊把我微信刪了，已經整整一週了也沒見到差價退回來，我説實話差價也就幾十塊，退多退少我都覺得沒什麼，我也不缺這點錢，但這就是貴酒店的服務態度？打着房間裏面私湯温泉的名號，結果衞生從來沒搞過？是要我們住客幫你搞衞生嗎？後續處理就是刪微信？我挺佩服你們的...

一般般吧，家裡沒電臨時過去住的，比較小的酒店，沒有小童玩的設施，但是早餐很不錯。有個小浴池，小朋友也很喜歡。
