這家酒店真的很不錯哇哇！房間整潔寬敞，床以及浴室衞生都到位，沒發現哪裡藏污納垢的，我個人很在意酒店衞生，浴巾毛巾無異味。晚上看外面也很美，太舒服了哇！

每次來海口都會首選海口朗廷酒店，這次住的房間海景角度很棒，酒店位於海口市中心，交通便利，靠近萬象城，無邊泳池拍照非常出片，服務中心Olina提前添加了微信，在住期間有任何都隨時幫我們處理

酒店看起來好高級哇哇，設施挺齊全，保養的不錯，周邊也很好逛，窗外風景很好，還能看到世紀大橋，衞生間乾濕分離，服務也非常周到，點贊！

市中心的酒店 樓下步行就是萬象城 雖然品牌還在調整 但基本吃喝可以滿足 樓上有露天泳池 酒店前台在高樓層 一層也可以退房 停車需要走的時候前台操作車牌號 停車位在地下 管家服務也還行 房間雖不臨海但可以看到海 餐廳的服務員妹妹聽見問話卻不搭理 但願這衹是個別現象 泳池入口的妹妹很熱情 孩子腳破了還幫忙找了碘伏 整體還可以的

這次選擇入住海口朗廷酒店，也是做了一些小攻略，前廳的Cindy服務很到位，入住之前給我們打電話安排房間，入住期間也對我們多多關照
唯一不足的就是續住的時候有一些不好的溝通，酒店服務生還是參差不齊的，需要多多培訓
也謝謝服務大使Julie及時幫忙溝通處理了後續的問題，總體來説體驗還是不錯，多加強一下吧，性價比還是很高的酒店

酒店地理位置很好，是以英倫風為主，大理石裝飾典雅高貴大方，整體設計精緻，雖然開業多年但設施設備保養依舊很好，高樓層的窗景如瓊州海峽、世紀大橋，視野很棒。前台服務態度熱情，非常好。有機會還會回來吖吖～

這真是一家無可挑剔的五星體驗酒店，讓我感受到重新定義“奢華”。
服務細緻到讓人感動。前台Sally辦理入住時，不僅快速核驗訊息，還主動詢問偏好，貼心升級了高樓層房型；送了我一束玫瑰花🌹。最讓我印象深的是，跟Sally就説了一下身體有點不舒服，馬上讓廚房安排了薑茶給我，真的有被暖心到。
此外，酒店的配套設施也很完善。酒店還有旅拍，雖然送的不多，但拍的挺開心的，留了幾張照片做紀念。下次還會再來！
