想着週末帶孩子去住訂了大床，到前台升級也不能升級，要的東西也沒送，服務意識真的差到極致

第一次住朗廷，海口這家是想主動寫好評的酒店！
本來訂的威斯汀，車位極少管理混亂，自駕過去被保安攔在門口説沒停車位了，要去停在附近公園，開車的朋友們避雷吧。
馬上改住朗廷，地庫車位充裕。頂樓大堂寬敞，視野開闊，辦理入住的前台戴眼鏡小姐姐體貼周到，還送了一朵玫瑰花。房間整潔舒適，早餐豐富美味，泳池景觀好。大床房600+，性價比拉滿，下次來海口還會選這裏。

酒店位置還不錯，隔壁就是萬象城，酒店房間房間對着萬綠園那邊視野很好，進門房間還算大，卻沒有見到歡迎水果，早餐也就是中規中矩吧……食物上的不及時，有個mini的室外泳池。機器人送外賣的速度就是無語，我住28樓，酒店房間是27樓開始的，詢問酒店前台我的外賣怎麼還沒有上來，酒店前台回覆：從低樓層開始送，我問她那27是不是應該到28呢？回覆我，那我去催一下……

來海口就選這家酒店，前台Elsa非常專業有耐心很快的辦理入住並且幫忙升級到了行政海景房，真的太好了，入住期間酒店所有職員都禮貌素質都很好很專業，退房時一樓門口有個穿西裝的經濟熱情禮貌幫忙拿行李並裝車，一切都非常好👍

入住時工作人員Renna主動協助調整房間朝向、介紹周邊景點，退房流程快速便捷。
客房融合英國現代風格，典雅別緻，六樓有花園、泳池和觀景露台，有私享會議區與24小時健身房，設施非常齊全。
衞生：非常乾淨，浴室沒有水漬殘留，床品每日更換且房間內沒有一點灰塵，看到阿姨打掃採用分色抹布分區清潔，很放心。
行政酒廊非常出彩，景觀很好，服務很好！
