Very good customer service 唐玲玲 helped me very much. Excellent!

My first 2 nights were a nightmare All the external parts of air con were on the wall behind my room.. it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all! Fortunately I could change my room on the 3rd night and it was better. Bathroom not really clean. They offer me dragon fruits but no plate, no cutleries.. so i don't know how I'm supposed to eat them...

The room was generally clean, but the facilities were old; The front desk lady was very patient and detailed in her introduction; There was a small park across the street, which was perfect for a walk after dinner.

We checked in early for the Lantern Festival. We originally wanted to watch the fireworks in the hotel, but because of the heavy fog that had been lingering for several days, the view was really bad, so we decisively left Wanlv Garden on the day of the Lantern Festival (it was fully booked). Now I think this decision was a wise one, otherwise we would be trapped in Wanlv Garden on the night of the Lantern Festival and it would probably take several hours to get out. 😂😂😂

The hotel is in a great location! Next to Wanlv Park and Vientiane City, the scenery is pleasant! The front desk staff is good! Enthusiastic! They also upgraded the room type!

The hotel is clean, quiet, and well-equipped, especially the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The location is also good, just near the Mixc and opposite the Wanlv Park, with convenient transportation. The front desk lady Fu Jie is warm and thoughtful, making us feel at home. We stayed here for 4 days before and came again today. We strongly recommend friends who come to Haikou for tourism or business to stay here.

We stayed here because of water outage at home, but we were very pleasantly surprised. It is rare to find such an economical and cost-effective hotel in Haikou city. The hotel decoration is very Southeast Asian and the hygiene is very good. The bathroom is a little small, but it does not affect it. The room is clean and tidy, elegant and very comfortable. Xiao Fu at the front desk is super nice. He upgraded our room for free and his service attitude is also great. Thank you. Although the breakfast has fewer varieties, it tastes very good. Overall, the satisfaction is very high. The only drawback is that the swimming pool is too small, haha! !

The room is nice and safe for one person to live in, but the soundproofing is a bit poor. Another funny thing is that the bed is 1.5 meters long and the mattress is 1.8 meters long. It was quite comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioner needs to be cleaned. There is a musty smell.

The environment is beautiful and comfortable. It has Wanlvyuan Scenic Area and is next to Binhai Avenue. Compared with the high-rise buildings next to it, the hotel is short and small in appearance but clean and tidy. The corridors in the guest rooms in the building are not wide but there are carpets with average texture. The price is reasonable and worthwhile. Recommended

A very good hotel. The room is big, new and clean. The front desk clerk has a strong sense of service and lends mobile phones to customers. When customers are anxious, they also comfort them by saying, "Don't worry, take your time." The self-service laundry and dryer on the second floor are also great.
