海口中銀天藝酒店地處市中心，交通非常方便。我之所以長期入住中銀天藝酒店，就是酒店客房乾淨衞生整潔，床上用品做到一客一換。這次入住453號房，負責每天衞生清潔工作的是唐大姐和謝大姐兩位客服人員。她們給我換了二次床上用品，對待客人熱情周到，工作兢兢業業，認真負責。看到她們穿短袖衣服工作，説明她們的工作量大，來來回回行走各個房間整理和清潔房間。藉此機會，對她們的辛勤勞動表示感謝！

這是我有史以來住過的最差的酒店，沒有之一！！設施就像上個世紀的產物，都難以用老舊兩個字來形容！樓層服務員態度差的不得了！房間設施落後的難以想象，和圖片嚴重不符，如果可以打負分絕對給負分！床頭連個插座都沒有，晚上洗澡熱水也沒有，整個卧室找不到一個適合手機充電的地方，還什麼升級至尊套房，令人驚悚，原本定了兩晚進去看了直接取消了一晚！聽話，千萬別來，來了不是光後悔這麼簡單，簡直就是受氣！！！
