很好，離雲洞圖書館近，周邊配套設施齊全，房間乾淨衞生。

設施一般，洗衣房可以正常使用，就是太遠了在樓層最裡麪，還沒有洗衣粉洗衣液，略有不便。
衞生不滿意，晚上房間空調漏水，拿垃圾桶接水的時候桶裏還有蟑螂。
服務還可以，前台態度很好，夜間也有人在，有問題都能積極幫助解決
房型很滿意，入住時前台給免費升級了房型，後來想看海景就自費升級到了60平的海景房，風景非常好，可以在房間欣賞到落日餘暉，還有陽台可以晾曬衣服，體驗不錯
周邊風景優美，附近有電動車充電樁，步行可以到雲洞圖書館和世紀公園，有連住三晚免費送機服務，前台會幫忙打車，要提前約一下時間
