酒店景色很美，就在海灘邊，位置相對安靜點，適合住進來就不出去了，不巧是海灘正在施工不方便走過去，酒店自帶兩個户外泳池，還有贈送的遊樂項目，可以帶孩子劃小船開小車，適合閑住幾天。

這是第一次來海口入住魯能希爾頓，天公不作美，住在這裏一直陰雨綿綿，沒有享受到室外泳池和沙灘🏖️，但是如圖，這家酒店該有的設施都有，室外有三個泳池。還有小童娛樂區，非常喜歡😍，雖然下雨，但位於二層的小童室內又遊樂區，海洋球，大滑梯，電玩等等真的可以在裏面遛娃一整天沒問題👌🏻
再次特別感謝我的管家Willa小姐姐，服務非常好！從入住前就幫忙解答各種問題，入住後主動問候及發送酒店實用訊息方便我們出行。需要小童拖鞋馬上就幫忙送到房間。真的是有問必答!出去玩會來發現房間裏送的果盤和椰子🥥非常貼心❤️!還有禮賓部的.Jack和Avery，來的時候Avery幫忙主動拿很重的大箱子，走的時候Jack更是幫忙存行李，又拎着倆個大箱子陪我和長者孩子等車，特別暖心❤️!還有早餐用餐區的服務員小姐姐和門僮幫忙抬行李。來的時候前台小姐姐幫忙辦入住，最後感謝室外小童遊樂區戴眼鏡的小哥哥幫忙介紹如何操作小童小電車的娛樂設施等。整體的服務真的無可挑剔!
