The room facilities are particularly good, dry and wet separation, the bath water is also very comfortable, the mattress is very soft, the sleep is very comfortable, the night will be very quiet, there is an elevator to go up and down parking is also very convenient. The only thing is that the location is a bit biased (a bit far from the downtown, but close to the port), suitable for self-driving. The mutton shop across the road is delicious.

Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

My family had an excellent stay at the Sheraton, so much so that we extended an additional night. The resort leads onto the beach which is kept very clean. At the hotel the hot springs were the highlight helping keep us warm from the chill. As previously mentioned, Erin did a fantastic job of supporting our stay and helping us when ever needed. The free activities for children and diverse breakfast make it a deal for families.

The hotel is very cost-effective and the service attitude is also very good. We originally booked a garden view room. The front desk saw that we were from out of town and yearned for the seaside. They gave us an upgrade to a sea view room for free as the room availability was not tight. . The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment can be used normally. The room does not come with children's slippers. If you contact the front desk, the guest room aunt will send them to you immediately. The surrounding environment is really beautiful. The beach is right across the street from the hotel. It was really beautiful to go to the beach early in the morning and watch the sunrise. Worth recommending [eating melon]
