Parking at the hotel is very inconvenient. The parking lot is shared with nearby restaurants. I called the front desk to inquire about the parking space, and they told me that there would be parking spaces if I came in from another exit. I drove on the one-way street for a long time before I found the place to turn around. I drove to the other exit mentioned by the front desk, but still couldn't find a parking space. When I checked in, the front desk was as unresponsive as if they were still sleepy.

As a four-star hotel, it is cost-effective and in a relatively convenient location. It is very convenient to travel. I was dissatisfied when I booked on Ctrip.com and saw that there was no breakfast. But I thought it was a bit weird for a four-star hotel to not have breakfast, so I called back. I went to the front desk to confirm and was told that the hotel has a Cantonese-style restaurant with a breakfast circle for 30 yuan. I asked if I could book two rooms, one for a double and one for a single. If the breakfast circle for a double was enough, I was told that it could be made. The waiter charged 30 yuan for delivery, so I placed an order for a room for two days, a single room and a double room. But when I had breakfast in the morning, there was only one circle for the double room. I was told that I would not recognize the person, only the room. There was only one circle for each room. I informed the front desk of the original phone number I communicated with the front desk, and the front desk gave me another breakfast circle. , I said to the front desk, please confirm whether the phone communication between me and the front desk is true. If there is any misunderstanding, then I will make up for it. At about four o'clock in the afternoon, I received a stiff call from the front desk and told me directly that we have always assigned rooms to one circle. If you can't accept it, you can check out. It's past the check-out time, but we won't accept you. Delay fee! I was really speechless, and it became a benefit to me.

The front desk is very enthusiastic, what is going on to help solve it immediately; The cleaning waiter was very caring. I left a note: Please put two more bags of black tea. I asked the guy at the front desk if he could arrange a room without the smell of cigarettes. The reply was no guarantee! No guarantee! Why do you write ”no smoking” on Ctrip? It's a serious false propaganda. After changing to a new room, there was still a smell, probably the smell of the new decoration. Because my friend was in a hurry and didn't want to change hotels, we just rested there. In the middle of the night, I found that the air conditioning adjustment system was very light and couldn't be turned off. In addition, children under 6 years old have to pay extra for breakfast. If you don't have high requirements, you can stay. I can only give a medium review.

The environment is very clean, the rooms are large, well-equipped, and the service attitude is really good. I originally planned to go to another hotel, but I went to this one by mistake. I didn't expect it to be a surprise. It was a very good experience.

Wow, it's a newly opened store, and it smells great when you walk in. It's an easy place to find! This price is really super cost-effective. When I came here on a business trip, Yongjia was recommended by others, and they said it was very good. This is really the case when I came here! Go to the room, directly broadcast Xiaodu, and the curtains close automatically, which is really surprising! I hold the heart of trying Xiaodu to see if other things can be controlled. Hey, I called to turn on the TV, turn on the music (this is a sudden thought haha), and I can respond to turning off the lights, super surprise! Newly opened, there is no peculiar smell, very attentive store! Let’s talk about breakfast, Hainan pickled powder is also available, preserved egg porridge is my favorite, it’s really delicious! I want to try everything, I have a super appetite! The restaurant is huge and stylish! It looks comfortable! I went to eat at 7 o'clock, a bit early🤗. It is a feeling worth sharing, and I recommend it to friends who travel!

The room is very quiet, parking is easy, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The breakfast is also beautiful and delicious. The apartment also has its own supporting restaurant. The lunch and dinner are delicious. The main thing is that you can see the sea view from the balcony now, a first-line sea view room! The room was very clean and well done. It was a successful choice and I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity!

This is our first trip to Haikou, although we have been to Sanya a few times. The Langham Haikou is conveniently located, there are shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is clean with nice view, esp. for taking photos. It definitely has a resort feel. All the staff provide excellent services, including Concierge and Front Office. Special thanks to Miss Julie Wang who is always helpful and caring in all aspects, and she upgraded us to a sea view room with stunning view! Deeply appreciated! The room is spacious and cozy, very comfortable. We will come back to stay again in the near future.
