Brand new hotel with great and comfortable rooms. Recommended for anyone staying in Ha Giang, best place in town!

Recently opened, so still ironing out few minor challenges. Service was great and very welcome after a long trip to reach Ha Giang from Bac Ha. Andrew was particularly helpful, as was the hotel manager. Both going beyond the call of duty. Had only planned one night, but squeezed an additional night in, post Ha Giang Loop.

The only luxury hotel in Ha Giang. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. Nice rooftop bar too. The shower didn’t work and they fixed it right away. There is a bit of a problem with the pipes that they need to work on, though that might be just in our room, not sure. Reception fixed motorbikes for us at 500/550K per day, though she mentioned some things that were not part of the deal in the end, so best to make sure. Amazing breakfast

Everything was great, a brand new cool hotel for an overnight stay before the loop. Rooms 10/10. We were checked in at 5am, although check-in was from 3pm - special thanks for that, we got a good night's sleep after the sleepy bass. Breakfasts are a bit meager - probably due to the small number of guests.

Delicious breakfast and dinner (set menu). Comfortable rooms, quality cosmetics. Parking next to the hotel (underground parking is paid and belongs to the shopping center). The staff does not speak English well, but tries very hard to help and provide good service. The hotel is new, there are few guests yet and therefore the breakfast was also a set menu (delicious, enough, a large selection of sets for breakfast). We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel!!!

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Ha Giang was deeply disappointing. While the hotel is new, the service was far from professional. Staff appeared untrained and overwhelmed, often struggling with basic requests. One of the most frustrating parts was the constant noise from staff walkie-talkies, loud and disruptive from the guestroom hallways to the restaurant and even the front desk. It felt more like being in a construction zone than a relaxing hotel. The breakfast buffet was subpar, with cold food and disorganized service. The fitness center was completely terrible, unhygienic, messy, and with no staff checking or maintaining it. Overall, it was a far cry from the Sheraton standard, and we sincerely hope the hotel makes urgent improvements

As a lifetime Titanium elite member, I’ve been waiting for a Marriott Bonvoy member hotel to open in Northern Vietnam, and it finally happened in December 2024. The hotel’s brand new so there were some minor glitches here and there, but overall I had a very enjoyable stay. The management was attentive and staffs were very friendly. The hotel is next to Ha Giang’s biggest shopping mall and is walking distance to the local market as well as Ha Giang View Mountain. It’s also the tallest building in the area so the view is magnificent. I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Het hotel is erg nieuw, enorm luxe, en het wachten is op nog meer gasten. Die gaan geen spijt krijgen hier. Na 5 dagen in een Farmstay lodge in Sapa is dit van een andere orde, terwijl de prijs hetzelfde is… even bijkomen en genieten kun je hier prima doen.

Un très bel hôtel tout neuf avec tout ce qu’il faut pour vous offrir un moment de détente et de grand confort. En plus, les prix sont très abordables. Excellent buffet déjeuner sur place et une belle grande piscine (intérieure). Par contre les matelas sont un peu durs et la climatisation ne semble pas fonctionner dans les corridors sur les étages. Ça peut également être chaud à la piscine.
