Marmaris Hotels with Gym

The hotel impresses with its beauty, the territory is green, well-groomed and beautiful, the rooms are spacious, stylish design, a corner for reading books, the terrace is surrounded by greenery, with access to the sea, the bathroom is very beautifully designed, the bath amenities are all of excellent quality, I recommend it! Comfortable bed, pillows, snow-white bed, the room has everything, bathrobes, slippers, coffee machine, kettle. Excellent service! Polite all the staff! Thank you Emre! Serdar! Nice, responsive, very attentive guys! I'll be back again! Upon arrival, I asked where the windows faced? They upgraded us with a sea view and gave us the best room, at no extra charge, even though we booked a classic room. Thank you

Me & my partner first stayed at ADA Julian Marmaris in July 2023 and couldn’t fault it so decided to book again for June 2024. Unfortunately we were totally let down from the moment we set foot in the lobby. We arrived at around 2:15am on Sunday morning expecting to be checked in and settled in with no issues. Exchanged details to the member of staff at reception to be told, very rudely that they had no record of our booking on their system and demanded to see our booking confirmation. After back and forth for 10 minutes, the member of staff called my partner back into an office to speak with the manager. 30 or so minutes passed & I went back to find him with the manager who again was saying there was no record of our booking and that easyJet hadn’t forwarded the confirmation to them. The manager was claiming there were no rooms available for us, they were fully booked until the middle of the week and they couldn’t fit us in. A lot more back and forth with the manager he managed to find us a room but it wouldn’t be available til after 3pm Sunday (it was now 3am) so we were questioning where we were supposed to be staying. The First Gentleman we spoke to at reception did manage to find us a room at a neighbouring hotel and told us to come back to Ada Julian first thing in the morning to collect our all inclusive wristbands so we could have breakfast and spend the day at the pool, we did appreciate the effort but it shouldn’t of been necessary in the first place. We did eventually get checked in on the Sunday at 3pm but it wasn’t the original room we had booked for. Unfortunately it didn’t improve by much due to all the changes that had been made since we had first visited. No indoor air conditioned bar area with ping pong table and games scattered about. Its been replaced by a Popeyes kitchen which you get smells of the fryers coming through. The atmosphere had completely changed, couldn’t sit outside of the restaurant to eat meals due to an awful smell from the road and the amount of people smoking. Food was okay, not as nice as previous visit and neither were the cocktails. Serious issue with people reserving sunbeds during the night and having to get up at 7am just to go down to try and get one otherwise it wasn’t possible. It just didn’t feel like the 4 star hotel we had stayed at less than a year before. We were left feeling disappointed and will not be returning to Marmaris for this reason. Such a shame.

My second visit to the hotel. Came first time with my late mum last year which she thoroughly enjoyed. Had an amazing stay and packed in so much activities. Entertainment awesome and food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. One of my friends and I had the full body treatment which was brilliant value at £50 for the 80 minutes. We even tried out the jacuzzi which was so relaxing. Still trying to decide about coming back next year. But yeah will definitely be back. Was nice catching up with a lot of the staff that were there last year, including yourself Sharon and of course the lovely Ruth. Also Lesley the tui rep was brilliant always there to assist with things. Thank you Grand azur.

Really nice hotel and well located. Pros: good rooms, we could leave our bags with them after check out, nice breakfast Cons: staff weren't very helpful when we asked them for some travel advice. They just shut us down. They weren't very friendly either. Throughout our holiday people have been super friendly and helpful so this was surprising.

Nisan ayının ikinci yarısında otelde 3 günlük konaklama yaptık. Otel genel olarak yabancı, orta yaş ve üzeri turist ağırlıklıydı. Otelin konsepti herşey dahil şeklindeydi. Odamız ve otelin genel kullanım alanları ***et temizdi. Rahatsızlık yaşatabilecek birşey olmadı. Hatta kendi kendimize yaşattığımız talihsiz bir olay sonrası yatağımızın tüm örtüleri değiştirildi. Hijyen konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Yemekler genel manada iyiydi. Çeşit konusunda şu da olsaydı diyebileceğimiz birşey olmadı. Lezzet olarak da otel yemeklerine göre iyiydi. Havuzda ve lobide ayrı barlar vardı. Lobideki bar 24 saat açık. Barlardaki ürün çeşitliliği de bize göre makul ve yeterliydi. Chivas, jack, red label, smirnof, olmeca, yeni rakı, tekirdağ rakı gibi markaların başlangıç serilerinin hepsi vardı. Otel denize sıfır konumdaydı. Açık ve ısı**asız bir havuzu vardı. Havuz başında şezlong bulmak biraz zordu. Denize sıfır ve kendisine ait olan ve servis yapılan iskelesi vardı. Plajı dardı ve denizi biraz bataklık tarzındaydı. Denizini sevmedik. Çalışanların hepsi son derece özveriliydi. Animasyonda Hakan, Anastasya, Lira, restoran kısmında Bektaş şef, havuz barda Coşkun başta olmak üzere çalışanlar genel olarak hepsi işini en iyi şekilde yapmaya çalışıyorlardı. Bir dediğimiz iki edilmedi. Üzülerek döndük. Birdaha gi**ek isteyeceğimiz yerler arasında.

The location is very nice, right in the middle of Marmaris. The most important thing for my family was the sea, it was just a 3-minute walk from the beach. We liked the food very much, it was very good in terms of variety. Especially the alcohol quality was very good, it surprised me a lot. However, there was no air conditioning in the common room where the rooms on the 5th floor were located, and when we left the room, we felt as if we were entering a sauna. Other than that, everything was great, thank you to the whole team. You can travel safely.

Spectacular 33 bedroom luxury hotel set agains thr backdrop of what must be the most beautiful bay in the area. A must for food lovers, sailors and anyone that wants to explore the region on foot and by sail boat. Don’t miss the Hemithea temple which will soon be excavated. Top marks.

It was very late when I arrived in the city by car, and it took a lot of time to find a place to park. A bit old apartment hotel, but clean. Two rooms, one with two beds and one with two sofa beds. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The room can boil water, there is no bottled water, if necessary, you can buy a large bottle at the front desk for 20 lire. There are not many breakfast foods and all kinds of nutrition are enough. It feels like most of the Turks are staying. It is not far from the city's sea tour pier.

Fiest time in pineta deluxe. for a week stayed with my girlfriend we absolutely loved a good chill holiday . Music around the pool decent . Rooms are clean . Cleaners doing great job . Around the pool clean . Service staff was helpful . Reception staff very welcoming . We definitely book for next year
