I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received during our stay at your hotel from the 6th to the 7th of February.
Due to unexpected snowstorm warnings, our travel plans were disrupted as all express and hill roads were blocked. In this challenging situation, the warmth of your welcome and the assistance we received in inquiring about Toyota Rent a Car were truly remarkable.
I must extend special gratitude to a staff member (whose name unfortunately escapes me) for their unwavering patience and detailed explanations, providing us with the assistance we needed during these trying circumstances.
This experience has left a lasting impression on us, and we wanted to convey our deepest thanks for the exceptional service received, particularly from the staff member whose name, regrettably, slipped my mind.

GGuest UserIt is what you can expect from a Dormy Inn : lots of freebies, a comfortable room and a bathhouse area with the bonus point of having a good Mount Fuji view especially if you get the rooms facing the right side.
The hotel's clearly geared for people who drive, there is two main carpark areas but it can get filled up quite quickly during peak holiday periods. The breakfast was sumptuous and excellent as expected from a Dormy Inn. There is a nice late night soba service and popsicles in the evening. Location wise, it is only a short drive away from the Gotemba Premium Outlets and some local sights. It is located next to Chichibunomiya Memorial Park with a former villa. The hotel is also pretty new.

GGuest UserHotel was just next to the outlet mall. Convenient and provide free coffee and drink at the reception. The onsen was also great. The view of Mt Fuji was amazing.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the hotel for 5 days and had a wonderful family holiday.
It takes around 5-8 minutes to get to the hotel by taxi from Gotemba station. The hotel also offers reliable shuttle bus service.
It’s nicely located and designed for guests to enjoy the spectacular view of Mt Fuji wherever you go in the hotel, whether you’re having breakfast, bathing in the onsen, drinking coffee in the lounge or staying in your room. Staff were also very helpful and enthusiastic.

Cleanliness: the room is clean, not feeling any uncomfortable.
Service: We reached the hotel around 8pm after visit Gotemba Premium Outlet, the reception staff is not english speaker but we still able to communicate via google translate & some body language.
Facilities: we do not have time to try their facilities, but in room facilities is well maintained. check out process is simple and is friendly.
View: I forgot which floor we stayed, but the view is awesome, before we checked out we can see the Mt. Fuji which is superb.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the warmth of home - the front desk lady smiled kindly, checked in in three minutes, and upgraded the high-rise view room! The room design is simple and stylish, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the city skyline. When night falls, soaking in the bathtub and watching the bright lights is simply a movie-level enjoyment! The bedding is as soft as clouds, and I feel refreshed after a deep night's sleep.

JJanetWe had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets.
The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious!
The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride.
Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese.
We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.

BBryan James GarciaThis relaxation hotel is a 15min walk from Gotemba Station. You can see the view of Mt Fuji from their observation deck.
The room is spacious, and has all the amenities. They also have a public bath perfect for the winter.
They serve soba every night, and breakfast is also good.
Overall, very nice stay!

EEkaterina88The hotel is really old, but the staff attitude and location are very good. Next to Gotemba station, convenient walking distance. There is a Bigday supermarket nearby. For dinner they fed me free udon with curry, I bought breakfast separately for 550 yen and had breakfast with a view of Fuji. Disappointments: very cold room, no hot water, they said that there were technical problems. The staff offered to check into a newer hotel with hot water for free, but I refused, because it was already evening and the journey was almost 1.5 km. In the city in the evenings there are almost no lights, it is a little scary to walk alone.
