CCaiseqinyongI came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.
It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

During my stay, I had the pleasure of staying in a Superior Queen room that was neat and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was also top-notch, with delicious food options to choose from.
However, what truly sets the Holiday Inn in Zhengzhou apart is the staff. Despite the language barrier, every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. In particular, Tina stood out for her exceptional service and attention to detail. She helped me navigate the city and provided me with insider tips that only a local would know. Her genuine kindness and warm personality made me feel like I was staying with a friend rather than a hotel.
With my experience traveling to over 28 countries, I can confidently say that the Holiday Inn in Zhengzhou is a standout choice for any traveler looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. If you're planning a trip to Zhengzhou, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

AAaron DavidJust stayed at this awesome new hotel, and it’s seriously next level. Super clean, super modern, and loaded with cool tech. Highly recommend getting a room with the bath—it’s amazing. At night, you can just chill in the tub and look out over the city. The tub is huge, totally spotless, and big enough for two, so it’s perfect whether you’re solo or with someone.
Everything’s so well thought out. Wireless charging by the bed and desk, a control system that lets you set the lights and mood exactly how you want, and floor lighting that kicks on when you get out of bed—no stumbling around in the dark.
The setup in my room had the bathroom and shower separate, which felt really spacious. Shower’s powerful and stays hot. The staff here are super helpful and on top of things, too.
There’s a massive TV that hooks up to all your devices, plus a chill reading corner and a desk if you need to get some work done. The bed’s super comfy with a bunch of pillow options, and the soundproofing is on point—slept like a baby.
All in all, it’s the perfect mix of comfort, high-tech, and just really great service. If you want a place that’s both relaxing and cutting-edge, this is it. And bang on the city center!

MMary LeonardThis hotel is in a very serene environment that is beautiful! My friend and I loved the grounds, our rooms, and the excellent restaurant. Denfeng is a small but charming town and this is a perfect location to enjoy the beautiful nature in this area. The staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive. Gao Yupeng was especially helpful. He speaks English and had great information about the best places to go in the area and the best ways to get there. The only thing that my friend and I regretted is that we didn't book a longer stay. I would definitely stay there again, especially in the cooler weather because they have amazing looking hot springs.

The room is bright and spacious, the sanitation is very clean, the facilities are very smart, the hair dryer is also very easy to use, there is a car specially sent to the airport, and the front desk can be used for free. Next time I go to Zhengzhou, I will choose Xingang Holiday Hotel.

GGuest UserThe stay experience was really great, completely beyond my expectations! As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly. The check-in procedure was quick and professional. The bedding was soft and comfortable. I slept very soundly at night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the quality of toiletries is also very good, the breakfast is rich, both Chinese and Western, and the freshly made fried eggs and small wontons taste great.

We stayed in a triple room, which was incredibly spacious – no cramped feeling at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing us to relax instantly and shake off the fatigue from our journey. Plus, the room was impeccably clean; the desk and floor were spotless, and the bathroom had no strange odors, which was reassuring in every detail.
The most thoughtful service was the hotel's airport shuttle. After booking the time with the front desk in advance, the driver was perfectly punctual. The ride to the airport only took about ten minutes, so there was no rush at all. This was incredibly convenient for us traveling with luggage. The front desk staff were also exceptionally helpful and patient during check-in and when answering our questions. They provided all the information we needed and even proactively suggested nearby dining options.
Additionally, the hotel surroundings were very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. In the morning, we enjoyed the hotel's breakfast; although the variety wasn't extensive, it was refined and delicious, perfect for a satisfying meal before catching our flight. Next time I'm at Zhengzhou Airport, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommend it to anyone needing a triple room and wanting to stay close to the airport!

The lady was very helpful with our luggage and even gave us an extra piece of fruit when she saw we had two children. The front desk lady, Miss No. 2, was especially kind, warm, and attentive. The hotel staff mentioned there are over thirty room types, and I'm tempted to try them all! The whole-house smart system is incredibly high-tech, and the decor is super modern. There's also a Chinese restaurant serving local specialties with excellent dishes. This was my first time here, and the environment is lovely, and the service is very thoughtful. I had an early flight, so the restaurant wasn't open yet, but they thoughtfully prepared a small pastry and low-fat milk for me. I highly recommend staying here; it feels very safe and secure. Plus, the shampoo in the bathroom is amazing! Overall, the hotel's service is top-notch.
