HanshuyuThe room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk offered coffee and passion fruit juice before entering the lobby, and the front desk service was superb. Most importantly, the location is unbeatable. It's directly across from Xishi Market, next door to Women's World, and downstairs you'll find Xiaoshi Restaurant and Jinfu Cold Noodles. You can easily walk to the internet-famous wall, Yanji University, and Dapojia BBQ. Getting around is incredibly convenient.

Excellent! The attention to detail really shines through. The whole place was impeccably clean with no strange odors, and all facilities were well-maintained. The overall ambiance was quiet and elegant, and the service was genuine and not pushy. It's truly a top choice for accommodation when traveling.

Guest UserThe young lady at the hotel front desk provided excellent and very kind service. Although our room wasn't ready upon arrival, they arranged a thoughtful afternoon tea for us. The cakes at afternoon tea were particularly delicious, moist, and had a rich cocoa flavor. They then upgraded our room, which was very spacious and perfect for families, and also very clean. The bedding was comfortable and dry. When we checked out, the front desk attendant helped us carry our luggage to the street corner and hailed a taxi for us, showing great enthusiasm. Thank you.
We will definitely choose this hotel again next time. We truly experienced the warmth of people from Northeast China.

MiaoertuerThe hotel's location is very convenient for both the airport and the high-speed train station, with ride-shares costing around 10 yuan. While ride-hailing apps were a bit tricky, there were plenty of local taxis, which made getting around quite easy.
The room came with a smart voice assistant, but it wasn't very smart at all; it couldn't even control the lights. The most frustrating thing was the motion-sensor mirror in the bathroom – it would light up every time you entered. Since the bathroom wall facing the bed was frosted glass, it was easy to be woken up by the light at night. Also, the light under the corridor bench in the room was overly sensitive, turning on with just a slight turn in bed.
The TV in the room had a section introducing nearby attractions, but it only showed photos! And just one photo! For a luxury hotel, this is quite disappointing.
Now, regarding cleanliness: our child brought their own pillow, so we didn't need the two pillows on the bed. We usually place extra pillows on a chair or tuck them into our open luggage. However, after housekeeping cleaned the room, we found the extra pillows shoved into a corner of the room, directly on the floor.
Breakfast was a highlight, offering many local specialties, and you could pretty much sample all the延边 (Yanbian) snacks.

Meiren yuerThe hotel recently opened, so the facilities are quite new and well-equipped, and it's clean and hygienic. We booked a family room, which came with a small tent. However, the room overall felt a bit compact. The location is very convenient, less than a 10-minute walk to Yanbian University. After checking in in the afternoon, we took a stroll around the university, which was very easy to access. The campus environment is beautiful, and the main building is impressive. Right across from the university is a popular 'influencer wall' which was bustling at night. When we checked out, the hotel even gave us some local specialties.

Guest UserThe room environment was decent, but I was given a room at the very end of the hallway with a window facing another building extremely close by. We could see directly into each other's rooms, which meant I couldn't open the curtains at all – it was practically a windowless room. The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. Perhaps it was because the rooms around mine were occupied by a group, but there was constant talking and knocking. I kept thinking the knocking was at my door! The soundproofing was worse than the door between my bedroom and living room at home; even the beeping sound when someone opened or closed their door felt like it was right next to me. I had planned to relax here for a day, but I couldn't get any rest at all. I'd only recommend this place to travelers who are out all day and just need a place to sleep. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, I'd suggest choosing a different hotel!

Facilities: The laundry room is excellent, with 3 washers and 3 dryers. It gets busy in the evenings, but the wait isn't too bad. They also provide hand-wash detergent. The laundry room itself is spacious and comfortable.
Cleanliness: Clean and comfortable.
Ambiance: The front desk and most facilities are on the 14th floor. It's a large area and looks quite new. The rooms are also spacious enough, making it quite good for an economy chain hotel, though the price is a bit higher.
Service: I only experienced service when interacting with the front desk, and it was just average, to be honest. The reception staff felt a bit cold.

I stayed at this hotel on business. Everything was fine, but a few days later my husband arrived and we checked in for another day. At check-in, for some reason, the employee wanted to ask us to take photos with our passports. This really embarrassed me! I've never encountered anything like this in any country in the world or in any city in China. It feels humiliating to take a photo of my face with my passport open. Explain to your staff how to check in foreign guests. As for the room, it was cozy and warm, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The breakfasts were very basic, but they were free, so there's nothing to complain about. Of course, after this attitude at reception, I can't recommend this hotel for foreign guests.

BBYLOur stay at the Yanji Dinosaur Hot Spring Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The family room was incredibly well-decorated and thoughtful, with a large slide right inside the room. Our child absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. The hotel environment is also fantastic; lush and green during the day, and beautifully lit up at night. The lobby design is grand and dreamy. Being right next to Dinosaur Kingdom makes it a perfect one-stop destination for family fun and vacation. Highly recommend to all parents!

Guest UserThis is my third stay here, and I always choose this hotel whenever I'm in town – it's become a habit. The front desk staff recognize me now; they greet me as soon as I arrive. The room is as usual, clean and tidy, no complaints. This time I noticed they've replaced the corridor carpets with new ones, and the hairdryer in the room has been upgraded to a much better one. They're consistently improving the small details. All in all, it's comfortable, hassle-free, and you can't go wrong here. I'd give it a good review just for the familiarity alone.
