GGuest User本來體驗有點瑕疵，但店方處理得太好，體驗拉滿！
由於想在松門水產批發市場買海鮮，又不想太近（夏天離市場太近，空氣比較腥臭），所以選擇了這家全季（車程13分鐘），這裏離台州懸空寺也很近，有自己的停車場，出入方便。目前門前修路，但對住客影響不大。
全季各門店的標準化做得不錯，可以放心選擇，除了兩個常見問題：
1、隔音。實話實説，這家的隔音對比其它店還可以，修路噪音聽不到，但扛不住晚上9點多，樓上房間不停拖拉傢俱之類重物，頭頂咚咚咚震到11點。半夜2點多，好像是有客人回來或入住，女人和小孩們在走廊大聲説話，串門，叫喊，持續蠻久。驚醒後再也睡不着😤
2、衞生間異味。特別強調：這家店我住的房間很好，沒有異味。但本次入住的台州另一家全季和桔子都有馬桶返臭問題。
第二天頂着腫眼泡退房時，我吐槽了一下住客素質，僅僅是吐槽，並不是投訴。沒想到前台非常認真記錄，而且立刻説要補償一份禮物，甚至還為我申請房價8折處理。我説：不必了，這事跟你們沒關係，不是酒店可以控制的。但前台美女很堅持很誠懇，説這次沒能提供好的體驗，非常抱歉。立刻動手幫我做了後台申請。
我滴乖乖！這體驗一下子拉滿了！不是因為送的小零食小香囊或者這幾十元，而是酒店主動積極為其他客人的不當行為承擔責任，他們真心實意表達關心和歉意，而不是就坡下驢糊弄過去。非常打動我。
對了，入住當天，因為頻繁換酒店，站在走廊我突然忘了這次的房號，有位服務員看到馬上走過來，幫我聯繫前台查詢。這家店的服務，整體好。
台州真的太好吃了！這家全季好棒，會一來再來！

GGuest UserThis stay was very good. The hotel facilities are very new and the environment is very clean. The service attitude of the ladies at the front desk was very good. We brought our children with us and they gave us small toys when we checked in, which was very considerate. I would like to especially thank the lady at the front desk who helped us extend our stay on the 17th. She is beautiful and kind. Thank you. This hotel is very close to the attractions and it is very convenient to drive there. The hotel has a laundry room, which is very convenient for washing clothes after the trip. I will give priority to this hotel next time I come here.

GGuest UserOverall, it was a very pleasant stay. The bathroom was very spacious, and the smart toilet was a nice touch – very convenient and hygienic. The room also came equipped with a fridge. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's easy to find, and in the evenings, the area downstairs comes alive with various street food stalls, offering BBQ and local snacks. Plus, there's a large supermarket right next door, making it super convenient for any shopping needs. Service was excellent too. I reported a minor issue with the room facilities to the front desk staff, and they responded and resolved it very quickly. The breakfast selection was quite plentiful. Considering the price, it offers exceptional value for money.
