The hotel helped me upgrade the room type and also helped me put the flowers and cakes delivered in advance into the room for decoration. The hotel is relatively new, so the decoration is very tasteful. This time I stayed for three consecutive nights. Every night I entered the room, my throat and eyes were choked. When I woke up, my throat and eyes were quite uncomfortable. It is relieved when I go out during the day, but the physical symptoms reappear when I return to my room at night. Opening windows for ventilation doesn't work at all. In addition, the sound insulation is also very poor. The sound from the upper, lower, left and right rooms is very clear, and there is also the hum of the equipment. Before 6 o'clock every morning, the staff downstairs will drag the large trash can and make a lot of noise. The quality of sleep during my stay was very poor. The hotel has a takeout robot, but after the takeout person puts the takeout into the robot, it still needs hotel staff to operate it. I ordered two takeaways, but they were always placed in the takeout robot's cabin and stayed in the lobby until he went downstairs half an hour later. Found it after looking for it.

The sanitation conditions of the hotel are average, but the hotel room prices are extraordinary. The washing machine and dryer in the laundry room didn't look very clean. Just outside the window is the garbage dump.

If the hotel was cheaper I would have closed my eyes on the disadvantages but because I paid 700 RMB for 2 nights I think I could have had better environment 🙏 The room's design is nice but the condition looks like it's not being managed at all. There was mold, stains and dirt. In the photos you can see. The waste basket was so dirty 😔 The breakfast is supposed to have western food (it's stated in the in for card that the buffet is western and chinese) but apart from bread and tomatoes there was no other ”western” cuisine. And no coffee! how can a hotel not have coffee? The car parking system is inconvenient. each time we wanted to go out we had to go to the reception and ask them to help open the gate. The tv projector in the room kept turning itself off (a message ”the device has overheated” kept appearing). I think that the hotel needs to remove ”western food” from the breakfast information card and deep clean the rooms and check the projectors. otherwise the price is not matching the environment ☝ A plus - the hotel staff were nice and kind.

However, the hotel is very new and I saw it from a distance, so I found it by memory after I determined that there was a problem with the navigation. 😂 Newly opened in 25 years, just opened the ceremony on the day of departure, all facilities are very new, nothing to say. Health is also very good, shower head is very good, water flowers are fine and dense. I don't know if there is a problem with the design of the sink. I have been kicking when I wash my hands. When I checked in, I gave a cup of hot water for one person. It was cold at night. When I left the store, I also had a bottle of warm water for one person. I was very careful. The water and biscuits in the small refrigerator can be taken away, there is a laundry room, and free parking. Overall it is quite recommended.

The wide opening service in the lobby is very enthusiastic, mainly because the price is reasonable. Every Spring Festival lunch break children come to stay at this hotel and it is very close to the subway. The price of this hotel is very close to the people. Now the young lady is very enthusiastic and polite. She also helped me carry the suitcase straight. My go-to hotel when staying in Wenling... super location , great rooms, great staff, greater food - both breakfast and dinner spreads are out of this world.

The hotel breakfast restaurant is located on the B floor between the first and second floors. The buffet breakfast is not very diverse, but it is enough to eat. The hotel has a parking lot, but the venue is not small. The hotel is affordable, and the standard room is less than 300 yuan, which is quite cost-effective. There are many food stores nearby. If you come to Wenling for tourism and looking for food, you can choose to stay here.

The hotel is cost-effective and stayed for another day. The Yintai Department Store is across the road. It is very convenient to eat and shop. The front desk staff is very helpful. There is free parking. The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is OK. I can't add food in time. I want to eat some fruit but it's empty.
