Jinya Qihai (Wenling Shitang)

We stayed at Jinya Qihai with my family, and it was recommended by a friend. The experience was fantastic! The owner was incredibly friendly, just like a friend, and gave us great tips about the local culture and customs. The common area has a mahjong/card room and the KTV sound system was pretty good. The Jiujianhai area is lovely; you can sit in your room and enjoy the ocean view all afternoon. The place was clean, and the biggest bonus was definitely the guesthouse's terrace. You get a full panoramic view of the sea and the old village. The location is just perfect! I've already recommended it to other friends. Thanks for the hospitality, boss!

Had a wonderful stay here! I'd highly recommend Jinya Qihai Homestay to everyone. The room was clean and comfortable, with a projector and central air conditioning, and the bedding was super cozy. The environment is top-notch, and the view from the terrace is fantastic. The owner was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. We even bought a lot of local specialty dried goods based on their recommendations. If I ever come back to Zhejiang, I'll definitely stay at Jinya Qihai again! 😆👏👏👏

A very satisfying experience, the best guesthouse in the area. The harbor-view rooms were clean and comfortable, with various room types to meet different needs. The rooftop terrace offered panoramic harbor views and a BBQ area. The owner was very hospitable, personally greeting us and helping with our luggage. They were very accommodating. I would definitely choose this place again next time I visit Ba.

看了一大圈選了這家民宿，朋友一起入住了兩間房，一間海和七間海兩間各有特色，一間海雖然海景沒有七間海好但是房間整體設計非常在線，露台可以看到無限海景和日落就OK了，老闆服務很好，熱情善良，房間衞生乾淨，還準備了一次性馬桶套和一次性水杯這點很OK，房間設施齊全，老闆推薦的飯店也給力，已經推薦給好多朋友了！

客房敞亮整潔，服務貼心周到。我們住的捌間海客房，床邊就是直面海景的大玻璃窗，氛圍感滿滿還配獨立陽台。門口就有車位，出行格外省心。 慢悠悠走十來分鐘就能到小箬島，傍晚迎着晚風散步十分愜意，窩在房裡便能靜看潮起潮落，整片海景都能盡收眼底。

這家民宿整體環境超讚，我們入住了1號房和3號房。1號房設計獨具巧思，氛圍感拉滿；3號是雙床房型，窗邊小窗直面海景，視野特別治癒。 停車完全不用操心，車位就在民宿門口，出行十分便利。老闆貼心周到，提前主動和我們對接，還特意預留好車位幫忙安排停放。最讓人驚喜的是老闆格外暖心，得知我們同行有人過生日，悄悄備好鮮花，細節滿滿。 地理位置也絕佳，距離彩虹村特別近，租輛電瓶車兩分鐘就能抵達。晚飯後沿着海邊散步消食，一路海風拂面，愜意又舒服。房間內就能觀賞每日潮起潮落，獨一份的海上風光。次日民宿還提供早餐，都是地道本地特色吃食，味道地道。全程各方面體驗都無可挑剔，強烈推薦！

訂的是八間海很舒服，床很大還有個陽台在陽台上可以看到絕美日落，老闆幫我們聯繫到漁家樂，還體驗了一次出海捕魚，老闆免費提供廚房忙前忙後在民宿吃到什麼時候都可以 總之很棒的一次入住體驗！特別感謝！🥰
