Staff speaks very little English but is patient and helpful. Breakfast is good, mostly Chinese style. Even though I booked a non-smoking room, I could smell the smoke from previous guests but this is common in China. Hotel is about an easy 20 minutes walk from the town centre, but also abundant of taxis available to take you around.

GGuest UserIf hardware facilities are the skeleton of a hotel, humanized service is the blood flowing through it. This place perfectly balances the convenience of business trips and the comfort of vacation and relaxation. Whether it is a family with children, a couple traveling or a business traveler, everyone can find their own comfort zone. The front desk lady ”Ram” took the initiative to ask about our work and rest habits and thoughtfully arranged a quiet high-rise room for us. When checking out, the hotel also gave me a small set of toiletries with a handwritten card, which was very detailed! It has been collected as a ”Treasure Hotel” and we look forward to seeing you next time!

Kkarach2005Nice, clean hotel. Easy parking. But it was very noisy all day long from construction on a river bed next to the hotel and on high rise apartments across from the hotel. I suggest you ask for a room on the side of the building away from construction.

GGuest UserThe overall environment of the hotel is pretty good. But friends who are light sleepers should choose carefully. Before I saw it, someone commented that there were motorcycle gangs on the street in the middle of the night. When I arrived at the store, I deliberately chose one not facing the street. However, if you sleep on a motorcycle wearing soundproof earplugs in the middle of the night, you can still hear uninterrupted sounds. And because the military area is next door to the place that is not facing the street, all kinds of charging horns are sounded early in the morning, and the loudspeakers are loudspeaker every now and then. At seven or eight o'clock, there were various check-out attendants' intercoms with various sounds. Although the room is not big, it is okay and the complex is quite clean. It’s a prudent choice for light sleepers.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel experience was a mixed bag. First of all, I have to praise the hotel for its excellent location, convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities, which brought great convenience to my travel.
The front desk service is a highlight, the staff are friendly and the check-in and check-out process is smooth and efficient, making you feel right at home. I was impressed by their professionalism and enthusiasm.
However, the cleanliness of the room was slightly lacking and inconsistent with the overall level of the hotel. Of particular note is the lack of basic hand sanitizer and soap in the restrooms, which is particularly inappropriate given the current focus on hygiene. I hope the hotel can strengthen management in this regard and ensure that the guest room supplies are complete.
In addition, the cleanliness of towels also needs to be improved. Although it is not unusable, it is still uncomfortable to see some stains on it. It is recommended that hotels strengthen the management of room cleaning and supplies replacement to improve guests' accommodation experience.
