**Poor Bathroom Design** – The shower area has no separation, so water splashes everywhere, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet after each use."

"Beautiful hotel with a nice courtyard, coffee, and nice staff. It was easy to check in as a foreigner, and we enjoyed a lot our 2 nights here. The room was big and well distributed. The hotel is not far from the city center and many small supermarkets close to the hotel."

"A special self-driving tour to Tongren to see the town of Regong Art Tangka, a painter recommended to stay at this hotel, and the painter said that the same hotel with high cost performance in Tongren, the room is large and clean, the bed is clean and comfortable, there is an elevator, and the decoration style hardware facilities are very good. The independent building staff is simple, sleeping at night is very quiet, there is a restaurant supermarket downstairs is very convenient, a few hundred meters to the city center and Regong Art Museum. The boss is good and knows the local culture and tourist attractions. He introduced us a lot and recommended our best Tibetan restaurants. In short, it is the best experience to stay, and I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Tongren."

"Staff speaks very little English but is patient and helpful. Breakfast is good, mostly Chinese style. Even though I booked a non-smoking room, I could smell the smoke from previous guests but this is common in China. Hotel is about an easy 20 minutes walk from the town centre, but also abundant of taxis available to take you around."

Service: This service is really poor. I made a reservation at 2 a.m. and was on the road all day. I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. and I was quite tired. When I arrived at the bar, the front desk clerk was already asleep. I even called out carefully. She, she said something really annoying. She had been traveling all day and was like this for no reason. She felt very unhappy. She hoped to provide the best service to the guests.
