The hotel lobby was bright and airy. The front desk staff were very welcoming, especially the receptionist. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel has a laundry room, a gym, and complimentary drinks. They upgraded my room for free. The breakfast selection was plentiful. Transportation nearby is convenient. The receptionists were always smiling and greeting me warmly. It was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel facilities are brand new and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the service is attentive and efficient – truly the perfect choice for a business trip. During my stay, every detail was a pleasant surprise: the in-room smart control system was easy to use, allowing for one-touch adjustment of lights and curtains; the desk had multiple ports for convenient laptop connection; the bathroom was dry-wet separated, and the toiletries had a light, pleasant scent. At breakfast, there was a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, with the freshly made wontons and coffee being particularly outstanding. What impressed me most was that the front desk staff proactively upgraded my room and patiently explained the local transportation options. Upon check-out, I realized I had forgotten my charger, and they immediately arranged for it to be couriered back to me. This level of care, exceeding expectations, made my otherwise hectic trip feel much more relaxed. Both the location and value for money are impeccable; I will definitely only choose this hotel whenever I visit this city again.

Facilities: It is a better hotel in the local area, it may be old, generally a hotel where government personnel live. Hygiene: OK. Service: I can say that there are people in the northeast who are straightforward. Environment: In the high-tech zone, it is relatively biased.

She provided a detailed guide to the hotel's amenities and locations, even meticulously marking a map with nearby delicious local restaurants. It felt completely at home. Later, when I requested an extra pillow, she was so kind over the phone that it was delivered to my room within a short time. The efficiency was incredibly high. The room was even more delightful. Upon entering, I was greeted by a delicate fragrance. The bed was perfectly firm and soft, instantly soothing my travel fatigue. The room was spotlessly clean, even the desk was neatly arranged. The bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries, including makeup remover pads and body lotion. Such thoughtful attention to detail. The cleaning lady quietly folded our dirty clothes every day and even offered two extra bottles of mineral water by the bed when we ran out. This subtle care was truly touching. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely stay at Ruishi. The service and environment are highly recommended!

For the price of a chain hotel, I booked such a good room, including bathing tickets for two and breakfast for two. I was so satisfied. The moment I parked the car in the parking lot, I thought I had come to the wrong hotel! The hotel front desk clerk was very fast and had a very good service attitude. He introduced the hotel's restaurants. We ordered Panjin river crab tofu, which tasted pretty good👍👍👍. It can be seen that the hotel was really luxurious before. The rooms are large and there is a bathtub in the room. The hotel also provides bathtub film for free. You can go to the first floor to take a bath or soak in the bathtub in the room. The only drawback is the cleanliness of the room, which I hope can be improved! Everything else feels very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Panjin!
