We booked this hotel so that it’s nearer to go over to the Red Beach attraction compared to those in the city centre. The room is super huge with a bath tub in the room. The hotel is beautifully decorated with very artistic look. Coffee/tea is available freely at the lobby. Staff were very helpful and accommodative throughout our stay. Thank you for the unlimited water drinking bottles and the free gift before we left.

The hotel's service is very thoughtful, giving people the feeling that they are sincere and proactive in providing service. The room hygiene standards are very high, and the towels, bath towels and bedding are all very new. It is surprising that it can still be maintained like a new store after 21 years of opening. 酒店地點似乎偏了一點，但自駕友好，停車方便。酒店環境一級棒👍好像在森林公園裡，還臨湖，空氣超好，適合休閑度假發呆。餐廳包房驚艷了我！早餐品種不算太多，但葷素搭配均衡、味道也不錯。服務整體還好，特別是晚餐服務的小夥子不愧在廣州工作過，服務意識很強👍還熱心介紹酒店情況、利用上餐前的時間主動帶領參觀餐廳，滿意👍
