Very convenient homestay, the front door goes out and the stairs are the waterwheel, the big banyan tree and the jumping bridge in the central area of Yunshuiyao. The night view is beautiful. There are many people setting off fireworks by the river during the Spring Festival. The garden is very lively. The boss was warm and thoughtful, and invited us to drink tea and eat local big oranges, and told us about some local customs for the New Year. The breakfast is clean and hygienic, although simple but delicious, I will stay here next time!

We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

I went to the ”Four Dishes and One Soup” Tianluokeng B&B to stay in! The decoration is very unique! There is a good smell of tea at the entrance and in the room! The service is also very warm and thoughtful! I had dinner downstairs in the evening, and the breakfast was also delicious. The whole family ate well! I also like the tea gifts! There is also a game table that children like in the lobby. If there is nothing to do at night, you can kill time here! You must stay overnight when you go to Tianluokeng. Go directly to the mountain when there are fewer people the next morning. There are fewer people and beautiful scenery! Reverse visit can avoid congestion on the mountain! The only regret is that the proprietress downstairs warmly entertained Kung Fu tea drinks. After drinking for a while, I felt that it was to promote tea. I felt a little uncomfortable here! Everything else is very good! Highly recommended to stay

It's not an easy place to reach if, like us, you are a family of 6 with a baby and a lorry load of luggage. We arrived by high speed train at Nanjing (Fujian) and found a taxi to take us to the hotel (one way ¥260, negotiated from ¥300). The journey was around 2 hours on winding and slow roads (on the way back we took the high speed motorway which reduced the journey time to around an hour). The hotel is in a rural location off the main tourist areas. We arrived later than expected but we were able to get dinner. The food is exceptional. The chicken in particular is delicious. We booked a family room with a slide. Our children would of happily spent the entire stay in the room playing on the slide. I've stayed in many 5 star branded hotels and yet this guesthouse has so many little extras, gadgets and technology than most. The password keypad door handle is perhaps the most over complicated means of opening a door, but I applaud the dedication to style and design. The toilet has a Japanese style multifunction thing going on. It took me a long time to figure out how to flush it. The toilet seat lifts when you open the door! The TV is a large projection on the wall. Not being Chinese I struggled to figure how to get regular TV channels. Everything I found required pay to view. It was a nice and clear projection however, and if able to understand the programming it would be amazing. We enjoyed 2 days touring various Tulou's. There are many within a short drive, though behind the hotel there is a small village with Tulou and earth buildings that make for a lovely walk. Overall, a great guesthouse with trendy vibes and family friendly facilities. Very comfortable stay.

The most recommended five-star hotel I've ever stayed in is Grand Skylight International Hotel. It's clean and sanitary, with a first-class environment. The waiters are friendly, especially the beautiful lady who manages the restaurant. I will definitely choose Grand Skylight International Hotel next time! I originally planned to stay for one day, but because I felt that the accommodation environment was very pleasant, I stayed for three days!

When checking in, the front desk was very warm and sent a local play guide intimately, explaining the precautions clearly. The room equipment is very new, very clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, you can see the beautiful scenery by opening the window, the sun shines in, and the whole person is cured. Traveling in the off-season, Yunshuiyao is not a lot of people, you can watch it slowly, I like this village very much!

The breakfast is good 👌🏻. There is also lo mein 🍜. The surrounding is very prosperous, parking is convenient, there is a large parking lot, the room is very new and the decoration is great. The hotel has charging stations and the sanitation is very clean. It is worth recommending.

The whole family went on a May Day trip and were pleasantly surprised to stay at this hotel, which is a 40-minute drive from the Tulou. We arrived late from Quanzhou, and the hotel upgraded my parents' king-size room to the same floor, which was very considerate. The room was spacious, with good facilities, and was clean and tidy. I have to praise the breakfast, which was particularly rich.

It's simply amazing. Four-star standard, brand new and big room, smart toilet. Free fruit, breakfast, parking lot at the door, and charging station. It's the most satisfactory and cost-effective hotel in the past ten days. The key is the price of just over 100 yuan, and what else do you need a bicycle. I highly recommend it to everyone. I can stay for three days.
