Due to some reasons, the room was upgraded to a parent-child room. The room was temporarily tidied up and some details were not done well. However, the manager was very nice and always solved the problem seriously. The room service was also very enthusiastic and gave the children snacks. Next I will stay at Donglang Hotel again when I have the opportunity. (It would be better if the room lights are brighter and some children's clothes hangers are placed)

The apartments are new and well mantained. They are located in the same residential area with a 5 star hotel. Some of the rooms have sea view. The owner is very funny and welcoming, add him in Wechat and he provides a short free transfer from and to the railway station. The Jinyuewan beach is near, clean, very long and a good getaway for a more private/family experience without the noise and motor vehicles of the beaches of Sanya. Tip: go with sunny weather to catch a nice sunset

Hotel location is good, very close to the eight fishing ports, there are many seafood processing restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, airy and lighting are very good, there are double balconies, the view is first-class, the only downside is that it is facing the crossroads, there is a little noise. The hotel is located right on the beachfront, less than 100 meters from the shore. The owner upgraded me to a suite with a sea view (15th floor) free of charge. This room had the best sea view I've ever stayed in (although I've stayed in sea view rooms with direct beach access, none were on this high floor, and the view wasn't as expansive. This one had floor-to-ceiling windows in both the balcony and bedroom that opened directly onto the balcony, allowing me to fall asleep with the windows open and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore). The room was renovated this year, so the facilities were very new, the amenities were complete, and it was very clean. Parking was convenient. It's about 5 kilometers by car from Yulinzhou, a landmark of Dongfang City (even closer as the crow flies; you can see the famous Yulinzhou Lighthouse from the balcony, as seen in the third photo of the distant hills), and only 6 or 7 kilometers from the city center (Dongfang City is quite small).

The hotel is built on the west coast of Hainan Island near the seaside in Dongfang City. When we went there, there was no one there. It felt like a private hotel. The hotel is not far from the beach, and you can reach the seaside in a few steps. There is less development on the west coast, but the scenery is relatively primitive and natural. I didn't see the sunset when I arrived late that day. I hope I can see the most beautiful sunset next time I stay.
