This is a 4-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects was the level of hospitality, which went beyond expectations. All meals were catered, ensuring that I never had to worry about food. However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above.

Hotel is really good ,near too big shopping malls .The breakfast is pretty nice and room had everything we need,everything is clean and tidy.

The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. It was steaming hot. When I took the children there in the evening, the water temperature was cold. I can understand that you don’t plan to open it at night because there are fewer guests. The water temperature is not heated, but as a management, you clearly know this situation. You still sold us swimsuits and swimming caps before we went in. What does it mean? It is nothing more than swindling money. You also told me that the water temperature of the human body is ten degrees different. Can't I feel it? Other children who swim said that the water temperature is cold, much colder than in the afternoon.

I have stayed in the hotel with the best service and environment in Wuhe. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was shocked by the service attitude of the front desk. They always smiled when talking to me, which was very kind. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I slept very peacefully at night. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, soft bedding that made for a very comfortable sleep, and excellent hygiene—no odors or dust. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were quick. All the staff were very friendly, especially two receptionists who were particularly lovely, providing exceptional service and being incredibly kind. They even guided me to the elevator and helped with my luggage. Special praise to Chen Zimeng and Zhou Qun! Excellent value for money; I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

Outside the hotel, it looked unsurprising, the room was really pleasantly surprised, the cleaning was clean, the floor was flat, and the decoration was very comfortable. It is easy to have Tmall Genie control equipment, hot water comes quickly, and the shower water is super sufficient. There are several stray kittens at the entrance of the first floor. They are not afraid of people and special relatives. The overall stay is particularly comfortable.
