"This is a 4-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects was the level of hospitality, which went beyond expectations.
All meals were catered, ensuring that I never had to worry about food. However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety.
The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience.
Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above."

Guest UserCame here for the second time and still very satisfied
Facilities: This time I lived in a room newly received by the boss. The decoration style is too much. It is a bit of a medieval style. The main mattress in his house should be Simmons. It is completely comparable to the five or six hundred hotel chain mattresses. It is not exaggerated.
Hygienic: Hygiene is really satisfied. I like this dry and slippery bedding most all year round. Every time I enter the room, I can see the traces of the ironing of the bedding. I have stayed in too many hotels. Is it a guest? I can see that the boss is willing to use this bedding. Heart🎉
Environment: The surrounding area is also very convenient. Next to it is a 4a scenic spot. The boss's lake view room can see Longhu. The view is particularly open in the morning. The air is very good. There is a night view at night. 🌃
Service: The most praiseworthy thing is the service. His home has a front desk on the first floor. It is a coffee shop. ☕️ In the morning, take a cup of coffee and wake up. The price is more than 100. There is breakfast. You can eat in the coffee shop. The experience is good. The boss is also very polite. Many hotels stay at two o'clock. 12 o'clock. If the boss's room is empty, late check-out is a sentence thing.

Guest UserThe overall experience of this stay exceeded expectations. The location of the hotel is very convenient and it is easy to travel and eat. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable to sleep, the sound insulation effect was good, and the rest was very stable at night. The front desk staff was warm and polite, the check-in and check-out efficiency was very high, and the response to problems was timely. The facilities are well maintained and the sanitary details are in place. The overall price/performance ratio is very good, the stay is comfortable, and I will give priority to this next time I come, and I recommend it to everyone.

Hexurenye84Traveling with parents and children. The hotel has a good location and the environment is OK. But there is one thing that is very unsatisfactory. The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. It was steaming hot. When I took the children there in the evening, the water temperature was cold. I can understand that you don’t plan to open it at night because there are fewer guests. The water temperature is not heated, but as a management, you clearly know this situation. You still sold us swimsuits and swimming caps before we went in. What does it mean? It is nothing more than swindling money. You also told me that the water temperature of the human body is ten degrees different. Can't I feel it? Other children who swim said that the water temperature is cold, much colder than in the afternoon.

Guest UserLocation: Right above Yintai Department Store. Parking is convenient; there's a direct elevator from the Yintai parking lot.
Wanda Plaza is right across the street, offering plenty of options for dining, shopping, and more. During the hot days, I just wanted to relax in the hotel all afternoon. The central air conditioning is excellent; it cools you down instantly. The smart room control system is also a nice touch.
The front desk staff and cleaning staff are incredibly welcoming and responsive. The sheets and blankets are very clean, saving me the trouble of bringing my own disposable ones.
