"We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. The resort was beautiful, the service was great, and the food consistently excellent. The room was clean, and the resort itself was fine. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the beach, everything felt curated and wonderfully maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Atif , the restaurant manager, whose attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated the dining experience. Also, a big appreciation to Mr. Arafah, the talented pie master for his freshly baked pies were a highlight of each day! Highl recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. "I was in this hotel for the first time. In general, I liked everything about this hotel, namely the food, service, and staff. The first hotel in Egypt where they didn't ask me for money at the reception for the ”best room”. Evening entertainment without stress. And everything would have been fine if not for the cleaning in the room. It seems like the room is cleaned at first glance, but you notice that the trash from the bins has not been taken out, the towels have not been replaced, but simply folded and put on the shelf. All this caused indignation and I had to resolve the issue through the hotel administration. Apparently, no one in Egypt will do anything without a tip. I gave my T-shirts to the laundry, they seemed to have washed them, but the stains remained, the collar was not washed. All these little things left an unpleasant impression of a wonderful hotel in Egypt"

"Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant! Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared. If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location."

"It was a great holiday in a very cozy space. The beach was a bit inferior to those of the other hotels in Naama Bay, but it was more than enough to relax. The hotel staff was very kind and cheerful and happy to help us."

"Pros: 1) Very cool territory. Really cool. 2) Warm pool 3) Activities like water polo initiated by the hotel according to the schedule. I got to the match of Russians against Egyptians :) 4) There is a bathroom in the room - and there is really good pressure and really hot water. 5) The music at dinner ”rocks” and whoever sings ”rocks” too, but people listen to it like seals and there is no party vibe. Here the hotel gets a plus for the fact that despite the complete lack of reaction from the listeners - the music and vocals are good and create an effect. 6) There is a gym. Not God knows what - but it is. Average: 1) The buffet is not a fountain, but not terrible either. See Cons Cons: 1) Room Service - the most disgusting and disgusting food that is possible. If in the buffet you can still choose what suits you with the appearance - then Room Service is a complete hell. Visually, in the pictures and in terms of ingredients, it's ok, but in fact, it's just disgusting and doesn't correspond to the ingredients. If you're going to a hotel, fork out for full board, because you can't count on Room Service at all. Or eat outside the hotel. 2) I also didn't like the attitude of the staff. 2.1) On the one hand, it was just really annoying that you have to pay for drinks and goodies in the bar for ”breakfast only” - but maybe that's how it should be. Although there was a bad aftertaste. Somehow it felt like, despite the fact that I was ready to pay extra for everything - it was still as if I wasn't Welcome and they were treating me with suspicion. Buying an extra meal for lunch with partial board cost 550 pounds. Dinner was even more expensive - somewhere around 700 (I never went). 2.2) And when I just needed to bring water or tea to the room, I had to remind them several times. And in the end, you have to go to the reception to have this damn water brought to you. And even if they brought it the first time, you had to wait a long time. And if you come and get aggressive, they brought it in 5 minutes. 3) The room is simply dark. There is no chandelier - there are only 3 lamps. And one of them has to be turned off, because it is on the same outlet as the kettle. If you want to heat water, have even less light. It was uncomfortable in the evenings."

"Sea view suite for 4 nights for 4000 yuan, with such scenery and coral reef, no need to worry about the lack of facilities. We loved every moment here. The service attitude of Renaissance is very good, no discrimination, we celebrated the birthday of our baby here. We did not choose all-inclusive meals. Because all-inclusive meals are only less than 300 yuan more expensive, usually it is a buffet, it is impossible to eat well. We paid for the Italian restaurant and the Egyptian restaurant, both were acceptable, and the Italian food was better."

"Great hotel to stay at with very friendly and welcoming staff with many variety of restaurants with different cuisines, outside pool/bar and private beach area, market and shops at the restaurant and many other activities. Locations is far from everything and need to walk atleast 10-20mins to find nearest shop outside, taxi is needed from further places."

"The hotel environment is great, and the service staff are very good, from the guy who helped with the luggage, who took me, who spoke poor English, back and forth between the lobby and the room. It was past mealtime and we couldn't find a restaurant to eat at, so the restaurant guy personally took us to the place where we could get the food after get off work. Then the uncle at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby helped us buy meal coupons with cash. The whole hotel has all kinds of memories for us, even though we only stayed for one night. We arrived at around 8 o'clock in the morning, but we couldn't check in until 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We booked a room with breakfast included, and we had a flight early the next morning so we didn't have time to have breakfast, so we asked if we could have breakfast in advance? Not allowed, but meals will be packed for the next day. My suggestion is that if you are a special forces soldier like us, you can come here early in the morning to buy meals with cash, which is US$15 per person per meal. After eating, go to the beach and charter a boat to go snorkeling. The charter boat costs about US$40 and meals are included. You can eat on the boat and come back around four or five in the afternoon, and then go to the cliff bar, which does not waste any time. Or if you don't charter a boat, you can go to the beach for diving after breakfast for US$25 per person, and another US$25 is required to take videos and photos. The hotel's airport pick-up service is outsourced to a special company. There is a particularly nice uncle on the right side of the hotel lobby as you enter. The airport pick-up service is generally charged at US$25. The price depends on the number of people, the amount of luggage, and the type of vehicle. There was a misunderstanding here. I forgot that my chartered car included airport pick-up and drop-off service. Then I used simple English and gestures to communicate several times to let the uncle know how much luggage we had. Then I paid in cash. I finally booked the airport drop-off service. The uncle confirmed the time and room number with me several times, but when I got back to the room, I remembered that our chartered car included airport drop-off service. I was thinking about whether I could cancel it, but I explained to the uncle. He quickly gave me cash change and said it was my pleasure to serve me! I really struggled for a long time, but I didn't expect that he was not vague at all. He cancelled the order very quickly and provided service with a smile! Thank you very much!"
