"Upon arrival, I was told that room service only comes every three days. There weren't enough cups in the room. When service did arrive, they forgot to refill the tea, so I didn't have any the next day. While the breakfast selection was extensive, I remember times when Sokos hotels offered a larger selection of bread/rolls and cold cuts. I really liked the superior room, and the location on the edge of the old town with direct access to the Viru shopping center is great."

"The hotel is newly renovated, clean and tidy, the front desk is friendly and the breakfast is rich. From the perspective of environmental protection, the hotel does not provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers, but provides a large bottle of free mineral water. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the airport. There is a large shopping mall across the road next to it, which has everything to eat, drink and play, and a large supermarket. There is a bus stop on the side of the road at the door. You can take bus No. 2 to the old town of Tallinn. You can swipe your credit card directly on the bus, 0.9 euros."

"I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the old town, major tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views – it’s incredible.
The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Hotel rooms are comfortable. Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer a free luggage room.
The staff was really helpful throughout my stay. However, the room service was disappointing; the cleaner didn’t spend enough time cleaning the room or bathroom properly. On a positive note, we tried the spa, which is excellent. If you buy a coupon at the hotel reception, it costs €10, compared to €25 at the spa counter. The spa features a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and would recommend it."

"Great Hotel near the gate to Old City. Nice spacious rooms, modern design with nice features, impeccably clean. Amazing spa and pool, 2 types of sauna on top floor with view over Tallinn. Great breakfast with big choice (thought many people, so come early). Tea/coffee/water in the room, quiet. Many restaurant options behind the hotel, as well as 1min walk to enter Old City. You can keep your bags if arrived early or departing later. Really enjoyed my stay."

"Because I want to take a boat to Helsinki, I specially booked this hotel that is relatively close to the pier. Taking a bolt to the pier costs about 4 euros. In fact, there are several shopping malls near the hotel, including supermarkets and food courts. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old town, which is very convenient.
The front desk is courteous. When you check in, you will be given two hand straps, which you can use to bring into the swimming pool and sauna. The room is tidy and larger than expected. Our room is located on a high-rise building facing the inner street, so it is not noisy.
Rich breakfast options, perfect for a short stay in Tallinn
There is a sister hotel next to it, metropol hotel, which is older and has foreign groups staying there, so be sure not to make a mistake."

"The hotel is quite satisfactory, not up to the four-star standard. The location is good, very close to the ancient city, because it is along the street, so it will be noisy at night and in the morning. Hotel breakfast is not bad. Also, the two nights we booked with Ctrip did not know why the price was almost 1,000 more expensive."

"Unfortunately wasn't satisfied having a room with 2 single beds although I led it. Furthermore, we had only one towel in the room. The room was very cold. Attention when parking. When you park outside the hotel you get a penalty of €50 :)

GGuest UserThe rooms are of reasonable size and clean among similar hotels in Europe. There are not many types of breakfast, but it has everything you need for a Western breakfast. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view, and you can see the beautiful sunset from the room. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the old town. The surrounding environment is quiet and avoids the hustle and bustle of the old town.

GGuest UserA basic good Hyatt hotel. Clean, stylishly decorated. The biggest minus is the restaurant and lobby. The soundproofing is poor. The restaurant and lobby are incredibly noisy. One big, loud group at dinner, you can't hear anything the waiter is trying to say or a conversation with someone else is impossible. You can't enjoy your time in the restaurant. The clinking and clanking of dishes could be heard all the way to the reception.
The portion was far too expensive for the quality. Schnitzel €29. Schnitzel (pork) maybe max 150g a few potatoes and two sauces. The max price for this would be €20. If it was made from beef, the price €29 would be ok.
The service was absolutely fantastic. That's the pluses.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had so much choice, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy and modern with a great view. The location was very good. The spa was beautiful and a highlight of the stay. It felt truly 5 star and I would stay here again.

VVon30Good location, not too far to walk to Old Town. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was acceptable, had a little hiccup on our eggs. Hair was found in our omelet which really turned of us. So we decided not to have breakfast daily and went out instead. Overall stay was comfortable, room was big and soundproof was really good.

KkarietteThe place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days.
The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.

GGuest UserFirst the positives: the receptionists were really friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, the breakfast was even super good for a celiac!
Then a little worse: the noise from the street was really loud in the room, the air conditioner made a shocking noise, the shower was moldy, the wall was broken, the room was a bit messy but the bed was good. On the spa side, the changing room and shower rooms were a maze, it smelled really bad and the sauna floors were so hot you couldn't walk. The pools were ok but sandy everywhere. The breakfast staff was a bit rude but it could be a cultural difference.

熊熊Breakfast is very good (with dessert), the room is large and clean, the hotel is located between the pier and the ancient city (by Helsinki, Finland) is very convenient, the hotel price is also cheap, there is a supermarket opposite, it is recommended. (Tallin is worth a visit and feels more worthwhile than Helsinki)

GGuest UserLocation is not bad as it is near to the main attraction in Tallinn. It's also walkable from the Ferry Terminal; actually it makes more sense to walk than to take public transport there. Just a bit of a hassle if you have big baggage with you. The hotel is pretty basic, but very impressed by how advanced it is with online check-in and electronic keys. I was just surprised that I was not allowed to use the gym because my 'package' did not include gym access and additional charges would be required. There's also no water boiler or dispenser in the hotel; they say the tap water is safe for consumption.
