Ms Li Ying is extremely helpful and professional. Very glad to meet her when I checked in. No problem at all. She is a very special young lady. When I checked out this morning, it was a different lady, who appears to be cold and not trained, not even looking at me or greeting guests when I approached her at Reception around 8am today.

There are charging piles in the parking lot. In order to prevent outside vehicles from occupying them, 12 yuan per hour is charged, so that it can be fully used by the guests. You can leave for free by scanning the code at the front desk. I upgraded the room for free. You can see the whole parking lot from the window. The toilet in room 406 was broken at first, so I immediately changed it to 403. There was no toilet paper. I called the front desk and it was brought in less than 5 minutes. The service response was very fast. There is a laundry room. There are not many types of buffet breakfast. Basically, a bowl of soup noodles is enough to fill you up. The sanitation is quite clean. The bed is moderately soft and hard. The 1.8-meter big bed is enough for our family of three to sleep. If you go to Ermalu Food Street, you can ride a shared tram at the door and arrive in 10 minutes, which is also very convenient.

Very impressive and good service, classic 5 star hotel, provide high quality hygiene, swimming pool is big enough but TV seems like cannot connect iPhone AirPlay. Gym room is big enough but not too many choice of equipments(all hotel have same problem). All things is quite new and very clean. No cheating you. For family trip is very good and price is very low but not really fit for couple. Staff Ms Lam is very nice and beauty.

Shanwei is one of the cities I haven’t been able to visit yet. It’s very close to my city. The location is in the middle of the attractions I wanted to see (10-30 minutes each way). I think the city is better to have a car or motorbike. Atour has the most reasonable prices, and the rooms are newly done. I didn’t have the food there, but it looks like a good option. The Seaview room overlooks the community mostly, and there’s places within walking distance. I went to the Poly Jintingwan, Shanwei Museum, Coco Mall Plaza, Honghaiwsn Zone. Rain ☔️ took place, so I found some great venues (J.HOO, Memory Pub, Simma, Horizon, and Hujing Steak House). The room is so comfortable and clean that I stayed in it until lunch both days. I was able to get work done in the book lounge area. The gym is an appropriate size. Ayi was friendly, and Bao’an helped with my Taxi. The staff answered my questions. Facilities and furnishings perfect. I was the only foreigner, but locals great.

Good location, on Ermalu Food Street👍🏼 The room was OK, except that the bedside lamp was broken. The staff said it couldn't be replaced, which was inconvenient. Hygiene OK Overall, it's ok for the first time to book this hotel If I have a chance to go to Shanwei next time, I will book again👌

Transportation The hotel is not far from the high-speed rail station, but the surrounding road conditions may not be clear enough, so the driver may easily miss the entrance and need to walk to the roadside to get on the bus every time. It is recommended to set up signs in conspicuous places or provide more precise positioning guidance to facilitate passengers to get on and off the bus. Hygiene During the continuous stay, the room was cleaned every day and kept clean, which is worthy of recognition. However, since the hotel has just been renovated, there is still a noticeable decoration smell from the elevator to the corridor area (maybe formaldehyde or other materials), it is recommended to strengthen ventilation or take deodorization measures to improve the comfort of the stay. Service 1. Insufficient manpower: No one answered the front desk after multiple calls, and it took too long to wait for the delivery of supplies (such as spare parts, bottled water, etc.), which affected the accommodation experience. 2. Delivery service omissions: When ordering takeout, the front desk informed that the robot would be used for delivery, but it was not delivered in fact. After asking again half an hour later, it was explained that ”the robot could not be used because the meal contained soup”, and finally the staff walked upstairs. It is recommended that the front desk should proactively communicate restrictions and promptly inform alternative plans to avoid making guests wait passively. Network The Wi-Fi signal is unstable, often disconnected or slow, causing inconvenience to guests who need to work remotely or surf the Internet. It is recommended to check the network equipment, strengthen the signal coverage, or provide a backup network solution. Overall suggestions The hotel's hardware conditions are relatively new, but there is still room for improvement in terms of decoration odor, service response efficiency, delivery process and network stability. If the above problems can be optimized, the guest experience will be greatly improved.

The hotel is in a great location. Although there are many night markets downstairs, the sound insulation is very good and is not affected. It's about 10 minutes' walk to Ermalu, which is acceptable. There are big shopping malls and snack shops along the way. I will consider it next time. However, the Wi-Fi in the room did not function properly and needs improvement.

He would charge whatever the platform price was. The driver didn't raise the price. The platform price was 39.7. He said he would charge me 40 yuan, and then he would feel relieved after he safely sent us to Yatu [Smile R][Smile R]. The driver really didn't cheat me hahaha! If you take your kids out for a walk, Yatu is cost-effective at 799, including dinner and breakfast! ! ! It's a great deal! ! ! It frees up the energy of walking around with your kids, and many people go to Ermalu to eat (the driver said they have to go out before 6 o'clock, otherwise it's difficult to get a ride and it's peak) Yatu and the Hilton Hotel next door are on the same road. Guests can go to Hilton to play. If you have a high budget, you can go to Hilton first. Yatu is a replacement version. It would be great if the door locks were improved. . . There are outdoor parks and indoor parks. Guests can go to the Hilton Hotel to play with tickets.
