"Facilities: The furnishings in the room are retro, suitable for the style of Chikan Ancient Town; a small washbasin is set up in the bathroom, which is very convenient; a two-meter wide bed is suitable for parents and children. The only drawback is that the water volume of the shower head is very small, and it is uncomfortable to take a shower.
Environment: All the hotels in the scenic area are run by the same owner. I chose this one because it is located inside the scenic area. When tourists disperse at night, you can experience the style of a small Lingnan town in the early 20th century; but because it is located in the scenic area, the streets of the ancient town are outside the room, and the wooden door cannot be completely soundproofed. It is noisy at night and I can't fall asleep early.
Service: A male waiter in the hotel is professional and thoughtful, always with a smile on his face, helping to deliver luggage to the room, and helping to introduce the characteristics of the scenic area when driving the shuttle bus.

There are many performances in the scenic area, and the fire show is the most exciting and should not be missed. "Great place to stay to experience Chikan Old Town. We spent 2 nights here. Staying at this hotel gives one free multiple access to Chikan Old town.
It is also easy to hop on to the free shuttle bus to the Diaolou Tourism Area as one of the bus-stops of the shuttle bus is right at the parking lot of the hotel. We managed to visit 3 main places - Majianglong village, Li Yuan and Zili village.
Our room was nice and spacious, included buffet breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, a great hotel to stay if you want to experience places of interest in Kaiping."

"Satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, but the flushing of the toilet is too strong, and if you close the lid slowly, it will bounce onto your feet and onto the toilet seat, affecting the next use.

In terms of service, the front desk staff was not very friendly. It's just like ”We are very good at stewing soup, but you may not be able to make it even if you come here.” In fact, I'm just asking, ”It's your job as the front desk staff to answer these questions.” I don't understand this attitude at all! As a result, when I arrived at the restaurant at around 23:00 that night, there was still stewed soup.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the ancient town of Chikan, and it is convenient to enter and exit. But the hotel's house number is inconspicuous, so I looked for it for a long time. I was surprised that there was no phone number. It was just the tourist phone number of the ancient town, so there was no way to consult. I could only ask people along the way. This is really inconvenient. I hope the front desk can install a phone. For example, if you don't go to the front desk, you don't know that the car should be parked at the north gate. Parking at the south gate will be charged. These warm reminders can actually be put in the booking information.
The hotel is a typical Kaiping Diaolou type, which is still very good. The only thing to complain is that there are too many mosquitoes at night! I didn't sleep well all night, there were really many, many mosquitoes!
