Arrived very late, but the front desk staff was very considerate and handled it quickly, and also upgraded the room type. The hotel is conveniently located, and the comfort of Atour is guaranteed. I will choose it again next time I go on a business trip.

Hygienic: There are urine stains on the toilet that have not been cleaned up, and the nozzle is in another space, which is not very good for flushing to the toilet. There is still hair on the bedside table.
Environment: The space on the sofa and table is damp and has a damp smell, but it is not very smelly in the bed position.

The room was clean and tidy, and the price was great! It was a comfortable place to stay on the way to Zhongwei. The amusement park was right outside the window, which the kids loved. It was very quiet, and the beef buns at the hotel breakfast were delicious!

A very comfortable stay! The staff were very friendly and it was located in a wonderful part of town. The room itself was comfortable and clean. I especially loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner; they were so refreshing! The breakfast was also very delicious with lots of great options and flexible seating. I would definitely stay here again.

I came here for a trip. As a female driver, the car is not easy to park. The boss specially parked the car to the special parking lot. When I left the next day, I drove the car. It was a good choice for travel. The room was clean and bright. It was all disposable free supplies. The boss was very enthusiastic. Superb 👍🏻 Warm recommendation

提前網上預訂了固原這家希岸DELUXE酒店，入住體驗直接超出預期！還沒到店，酒店工作人員就主動來電細心詢問，貼心確認同行是否有長者小孩、房間需求以及預計到店時間，細節拉滿，瞬間好感拉滿。傍晚抵達時正巧下雨，張經理特意出來幫忙提行李，還細心指引停車位置，最後幫我把行李送到房間。全程熱情周到。全體工作人員待人温和貼心，像家人一樣暖心，這次入住特別舒心，下次來固原還認準這家！

酒店的設施還可以，位置也挺不錯的，離固原博物館六七百米，離商業街一公里左右的王者，商業街附近有很多好吃的美味呢。美中不足的就是，我們住的房間是最邊上的一間，有一點陰冷。我看其他有窗的還不錯的。房間整體很寬敞，乾淨，設備還可以，性價比不錯。門口可以免費停車，很不錯

The hotel was okay, but it seemed to be a little it of the way and the laundry room was location was inconvenient. The most disappointing aspect was that the one of the front desk staff was unprofessional, so I don’t think I would go back.

The overall experience of this stay was good! The hotel staff had a great service attitude, from checking in to consulting the surroundings, they were patient and meticulous, which made people feel warm. There are enough parking spaces in the parking lot, and it is very convenient to park by car, and there is no need to worry about parking problems. However, it is a bit regrettable that the sound insulation effect of the rooms facing the street is not good, and the noise of traffic and passers-by at night is more obvious. Friends who have light sleep are advised to communicate in advance to change the direction of the room. I hope the hotel can optimize the sound insulation facilities in the future.
